Why quitting smoking is so hard?

We all know that many smokers are aware of the health risks associated with smoking. We also know that some of them need support and help with their practice. I don’t want you to understand me as some big man who makes smart statements about how you can stop smoking cold turkey in 15 hours for free. No no. My view of smoking cigarettes is very similar to yours. You see, I know smoking is a good hobby, it really can't be put back in place, it can be your best friend, so why stop smoking anyway? Cigarette smoking is a part of you, of your personality, of your daily life. I know your most obvious questions: how can I gather the strength to find a way to quit smoking? Am I a person who can quit smoking cold turkey ?, there is something I am missing, are there any ways to quit smoking that I do not understand?

Now let me ask you a question, but please think carefully. Don’t you think about the color blue? Don't think of the color blue. Don't just think. Please :). Why consider the color blue? Because your brain works on images. The word no, meaning not a picture. In that sense, the word is not present in that mind. In a split moment, you start thinking blue; there is an action word, in this case, "don't." Your brain works on images, and your focus determines your reality. Your focus may be on questions. What kind of questions do you ask yourself about how you shape your future? If your goal is to quit smoking naturally, then you should focus on the benefits of quitting.

For example, will I breed more deeply as a non-smoker? Is my strength going up or down? How important is my energy level? Will I look better, healthier? Am I born to smoke? Maybe some questions are funny, but they can help you quit smoking. You have to focus on another "color." If you are looking for a natural nicotine patch, this is another option. Quitting smoking is a major turning point in your life; it can create positive energy that will make you more fulfilling and more enjoyable. Let me assure you that if you are reading this article, you have gained a lot more than the 95% of smokers who want to stop smoking. Most of them are researching ways to quit smoking for about 2 min. Many of them believe that they will stop smoking one day, and a scientist will find a nicotine patch that will quickly and quickly crave cravings. Don't stop researching; the answer will come when you have all the information and ready.
