We see it eating the right amount of nutrients within a proper schedule to achieve the best performance and the longest possible life in good health, so what that essentially means is that we use nutrition to not only maximize health and happiness and well-being, but if you are athletic to also improve your athletic performance and diet can have a profound impact not only on your day to day health but if you are also an athlete in terms of your athletic performance so here we look at which daily perspective we can see is that good optimal dietary habits can reduce your risk of developing diseases and conditions such as cancer diabetes and heart disease it can also make it easier to lose fat mass and gain muscle mass, which is optimal for good health and tissue quality, so things like nails, skin, hair, and teeth, good nutrition supports those whose specific Every tissue joint health is a big deal especially as we age good optimal nutrition can reduce the risk of developing arthritis and other degenerative joint diseases and finally if you are a teenager, and you are in your growing period good nutrition can that support growth and development, so that you reach your full potential so that the daily effects of optimal nutrition are more profound than from a performance point of view, so this could be athletic performance or this could just be daily performance even work performance optimal nutrition can improve cognitive function thus support things like focus and concentration and quick decision-making skills, although it can all be enhanced and enhanced by proper nutrition your ability to exercise so not just exercise train longer and harder but exercise at a higher intensity which is all enhanced by simply good incorporate food habits into your routine men, things like energy and stamina again from an athletic point of view is very important but only the energy to get through a typical day is improved by proper nutrition strength and strength from a performance standpoint is improved your risk of injury decreases so if you are prone to injury, you may want to look into the quality of your diet and good dietary habits can reduce that risk of injury and also help you recover from an injury if you've had one in the past and last a lot of people suffer from poor sleep, and often it is related to diet, so the quality of sleep can be improved by just making some changes to your eating habits so what we want to take look at now is look at the difference+
