Why is greed the enemy of man?

Once upon a time there was a poor lumberjack living in a village who used to cut wood to earn a living.  One day while cutting wood in the forest, he saw a strange thing among the trees.  He saw that there was an idol.  The woodcutter removed the idol and cleaned it a little, then he saw a small hole there.  When the lumberjack removed the dirt around the hole, he saw a huge treasure.  Seeing this, the lumberjack was not happy. The lumberjack alone could not carry such a large treasure, so he covered it and went back home.  On the way I met a businessman.  He had six camels with him.  The lumberjack said to the merchant.  I have found a great treasure in the forest and I will take you there but on one condition.  The merchant said impatiently: Hurry up, I am ready to accept your every condition.  The woodcutter said;  You will give me half of the camels you fill in the treasury.  The merchant said quickly.  I will give you half a camel.  The woodcutter agreed to take me there and took him to the forest.  The lumberjack showed the merchant the place of the treasure and loaded the treasure on all the camels.  The merchant handed over three camels to the lumberjack.After going some distance, the merchant found out that he had given half of it to the lumberjack.  If he gave her less camels, he would accept her.  Thinking this, the merchant pursued the lumberjack and the lumberjack soon found him.  The merchant said, "Dear woodcutter, I have given you half a camel, but two camels are enough for you."  Will you give me another camel?  The woodcutter said, "Sir, you can take one more camel from me. Two are enough for me."  He did not allow her to take the chain.  The merchant took a camel from the lumberjack and left.  After going some distance, he again thought that the other two camels should be taken from the lumberjack. Thinking this, he started chasing the lumberjack again. Reaching the lumberjack, the merchant spoke.  What will you do? I am a worldly man.  Give me these two camels too. I have small children, I will bless you.  I will give you some money in return, it will be enough for you.  The lumberjack also gave the camel two camels.  It didn't end there.  After going a little farther, the merchant became tempted again. He thought why not take the money back from the lumberjack and find the rest of the treasure.  He started looking for the lumberjack but it was probably too late. Then he went out into the forest in search of treasure.  After much searching, he was defeated and sat down under a tree.  Suddenly a lion came out.  The lion attacked the merchant and tore the merchant to pieces.  Greed took the life of the merchant and the causes remained in the world. We must learn a lesson from this
