Cooperation and mobilization :
Many people say, I don't need anyone's help. I don't want anyone's charity, I have brain, power, hands, and feet. I'll do it all by myself. Many people can be seen bragging like this, who consider themselves to be full of all virtues. Although being self-reliant, self-confident, courageous is an essential quality, in the absence of right understanding and discretion, the qualities also become terrible defects which push man into the pit of degradation and destruction.
A clumsy and indecisive driver hits and shatters even a valuable car, on the contrary, a balanced, sensible driver can drive a bad car to the destination.
Expecting the cooperation of others, not taking advantage of the advice and experiences of others, who understand their intelligence the most, they are among those stubborn clumsy people who kill the axe of their stupidity in their own future.
A huge building is constructed only by adding brick to brick. River, lake, and ocean are formed only drop by drop. If each particle of water keeps its existence separate, then it can be easily estimated how much personality it will have. A particle of soil, the dim light of the sun will dry it, a gust of wind will shatter it.
Progress and development of each other is possible only with the mutual cooperation of many people, and on this the prosperity of society and nation depends. In every construction work, there is a sum of blood and sweat of many workers.
Every person has his own limit. A doctor is a scholar in the medical field, an artist in his art, a politician in politics and a literary person in literature, no person is everywhere. Everyone is inferior to each other in their society, ineligible than the other. There is a doctor in front of an artist, an engineer in front of a doctor and a businessman in front of a writer. Despite being perfect in such a field, man is incomplete, unworthy in other areas. Therefore, the fulfillment of those parts cannot be done without the advice and cooperation of others. For development and progress in his own field, man needs the cooperation and advice of others. The thinker has to keep knowledge of the ideology of many others.
Development only happens through cooperation. Taking advantage of the knowledge of one generation's acquired knowledge, experience, failures, the second generation discovers new facts by taking the help of research from it.
Coordination, cooperation, progress and development of each other depend only on taking steps together with the society. One who does not accept this in life, gives importance to his stubbornness and clumsiness, his misfortune is certain. This is intellectual bankruptcy, and this disease progresses and destroys and corrupts both the individual and the society. The discrepancies in the form of caste-discrimination, gender-discrimination, different parties, communalism, language, discrimination in the form of discrimination, conflict between individuals, etc., are signs of this intellectual bankruptcy. Impossibility can be made possible by mutual cooperation, agreement, coordination, then in the absence of it, they can be destroyed by colliding with each other.
In practical life, there is an initial lack of mutual generosity, lack of quality-customer, cooperation, coordination, and due to this lack, he makes himself a failure. From the point of view of a quality customer, man can be successful in developing his knowledge and power-ability by taking cooperation from common elements also. But often people take pride in accepting the qualities of others and consider it an insult to consult them. Today is the time when a person speaks something of interest to someone, then many people consider it an insult and take revenge on him.
The most important thing in practical life is to learn from others with an open heart and in the same way teach others, encourage them. The reason for the disappearance of knowledge, etc., of our various arts, their development has also been stopped because people considered learning from others disrespectful to themselves. But this, you narrowly made a big mistake. In teaching, encouraging others, there is hidden self-education and progress. One who does not teach anything to others, the development of his art, learning, ability will also stop.
Not giving mutual encouragement is a great weakness of our personal social life. Instead of saying two words of encouragement to someone, people discourage him by talking about truth, failure, breaking the courage, thereby instructing others to despair, impossibilities and a stalemate arises in our social development.
To encourage man's virtues in the right direction and to be generous to open the way for his progress is also to try for one's own development. It is a matter of regret that, many future poets, artists, social workers, philosophers, thinkers, litterateurs, due to lack of encouragement and guidance, being deprived of proper education, are left helpless in the oppressed conditions of life's failures.
Mutual cooperation has been considered of utmost importance in human life. We should also take advantage of the cooperation of others and have a generous intellect to allow our abilities to be of use to others. Loneliness and selfishness are signs of insignificance. It is merely an expression of mental narrowness, cowardice and hatred. Staying different and thinking one's own point of view is not even a spiritual ideal, it can be called a kind of inertia. Maharishis, Saints, Mahatmas, Sadhus of ancient times used to make accommodation arrangements to live in proximity to nature for greater experience of health and beauty. They lived by making huts in the groves and gardens. It was just their way of residence. From the point of view of mind, he constantly thought about public service and public welfare and used to make programs in the same way, he never had that kind of life-order as has been adopted by lonely indolent people nowadays.
The debt of the society is on everyone, it must be repaid. Without getting rid of this debt, a person cannot achieve the goal of life. We should keep a proper place in our thought system for collectivism, for socialism, for coordination and tolerance, in this our good is our good and in this the welfare of the whole human race depends.
