Flexibility and convenience are the two most important aspects I want and need from my satellite TV provider, and Direct TV offers both. The number of packages, programs, and personalizations of their services is just unbelievable, and sometimes I just feel frustrated that I just don't have enough free time to enjoy these services as I'd like to. For example, the sports package is amazing and it allows me to watch up to 8 channels all at once to keep track of all the action and all the scores at the same time. The installation was done pretty fast and it was free of charge, which was a huge surprise as I was prepared to give a lump sum of money to have it all prepared for me.
