When I first learned about veganism, I honestly thought I couldn't do it because I grew up having breakfast on cheese and powdered milk whenever they were available.
But after learning the implications of my actions, I realized that becoming a vegan is not that difficult.
So, why do wagons go?
Here are some things you need to know about vaginismus.
One wagon can save the lives of 100 animals every year.
Going wagon is one of the best ways to reduce your carbon footprint.
A plant-based diet reduces the risk of heart disease.
There are many factors, but let's start with the main reason, animals.
Wagon for animals
A few years ago, I saw a lot of videos about animal cruelty and how animals are often raised for food.
The most disgusting of these is the dairy industry.
I've never seen a video of a cow crying out of fear while being taken to the slaughterhouse, and a short documentary about what's in your milk and how a dairy cow spends her life producing milk for humans. I will forget
Male calves are usually discarded because they do not reproduce and this is also the case with male chicks, which come to life immediately after hatching.
I still remember the pain my dog used to stare at me before it died at my hands and whenever I see pigs that are smarter than dogs on the way to the slaughterhouse, I see the same pain in their eyes. Can see
I think animals have a special place in our hearts. If you give a child an apple and a rabbit, which do you think the child will eat?
Paul McCartney once said,
"If the slaughterhouses had glass walls, everyone would be a vegetarian."
I agree.
Next is the environment.
Milaap Beach, the real quiz wagon for the environment
As much as I care about animals, I also saw what was happening to our planet.
I've seen a lot of documentaries about veganism, one of the ones that have influenced me the most is Cowspiracy. It's about how animal husbandry contributes to global warming and other pollution issues.
Impact of animal farming on the environment
Livestock farming is responsible for 18% of greenhouse gas emissions, more than the combined emissions of all transportation.
1 pound of beef requires 2500 gallons of water to eat.
Livestock farming is at the forefront of deforestation in the Amazon.
More fishing is tearing the ocean.
The consumption of meat not only weakens our sympathy for animals but it also destroys our planet with every bite.
We may be dead by the time the earth can't take us humans, but what about future generations?
Can we at least reduce the damage done to them?
And finally, health.
The health benefits of a vegetarian diet
It can help you maintain your weight.
It promotes healthy aging.
It lowers the risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and cancer.
I have learned how a whole food plant-based diet can improve health and even eliminate or control some of the deadliest diseases in the world.
As a person with asthma, eczema, and acne, I considered switching immediately. I started by finishing the dairy. I believe it is the hardest to quit because it produces casomorphins when digested and is therefore addictive.
Good thing I saw the effects immediately. I had fewer allergies, zits, and mucus.
Now my lungs are in perfect condition. I used to be hospitalized for severe asthma attacks and take care twice a day, but now, the attacks are almost non-existent, and I rarely get sick.
Also, it helps reduce my eczema and acne flares. I have considered raw and oil-free foods in the hope of clearing up quickly, but I have not been able to give up fried foods.
Raw foods are a great way to detox plant-based foods. This has helped my grandmother a lot in overcoming heart disease.
He was diagnosed with third-degree (complete) atrioventricular block and was advised to undergo angioplasty immediately. We are all scared of it, so we took another path, naturopathy.
We went to the famous naturopathic doctor, Dr. Tom Matthew and my grandmother were prescribed protocols, herbal remedies, and even recipes needed to get her blocked arteries back to their healthy state.
what do you think? No surgery. Thanks for the raw garlic!
There are many things we need to consider when it comes to nutrition.
Are we eating healthy?
Are we unknowingly eating something we shouldn't be doing?
What about having a long list of fruits and vegetables instead of a list of medicines to buy?
"Let food be your medicine, and let medicine be your food."
Hippocrates
We don't just have to sacrifice other animals, planets, and our health for our hunger. There are many more options available in the market today. Maybe we should choose better. Maybe it's time to check the label.
