- 1 fresh ripe apple
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 2 tablespoons walnuts, crushed
- 2 ounces cheese of your choice, cut into small cubes
- 2 tablespoon plain yogurt
- 1 pinch cinnamon.
- Wash the apple thoroughly and then cut it into small cubes.
