Eat a healthy diet. Eat foods that contain vitamins A, B6, C, D, E, folate, iron, calcium, fish, meat, eggs, legumes, fruits, vegetables, soy, whole grain bread, and cereals. Avoid fatty meats, spicy food, salt, sugar, and saturated fats.

It will enhance your brain function. Avoid alcohol. Alcohol harms you physically. You can drink tea or coffee. So it’s better to avoid it. Exercise for 30 minutes every day. You should do some physical activities like jogging, walking, swimming, dancing, etc. Give your body a workout. Be active physically for health and fitness.
