Why hair dandruff issues

 Personal Causes for Dandruff

Although the cause of dandruff is not fully known yet, it is currently said to be one of the main causes of degeneration of the natural scalp of the lipid barrier, in the presence of a small amount of yeast infection that is commonly found on   skin. As the yeast gets mature, it leads to an inflammatory reaction that damages the scalp cells in large numbers, which in turn gradually converts into sticky patches and flakes.

 Symptoms are identified as:

- White or clear spots on the head, hair and clothes.

- Somewhere itchy skin that is red and swollen.

Some teens explore that they suffered with acne when they start puberty because of no change in their hygiene habits that is required to meet the challenges of faster sebum production.

Depression, poor hygiene, and poor nutrition can cause scalp more open to illness.  Moreover, high-sugar foods are especially known to grow yeast infections.

Hair should be mixed and washed regularly to release flakes and promote blood supply to the skin that will boost the natural immune response.

There are a few habits you must develop and some natural remedies you may use to avoid or treat dandruff.

Nutrition: Avoid excess sugar in the diet as it can exacerbate any yeast infection. Moreover, refined starch should also be removed from your diet while treating baldness.

Cleansing: washing your head thoroughly with your hands while washing your hair, will help release and remove any flakes of dead skin, and it would be helpful to prevent the infection to continue. Daily washing your hair daily will help to cure the infection completely.

Conditioning:  A very important technique is to avoid using the conditioner on the scalp, it is just to nourish hairs. Application on head may cause clogged pores and interfere with skin cooling. Use a protective hair conditioner only at the ends of hair.

 Alternative Therapies:

Brushing: To remove the flakes of dead skin and to increase the smooth flow of sebum near the hair shaft, brushing your hair well is the main technique. It would also increase the blood flow to the hair follicles.

Wash Hands After Brushing and Grooming Hair:

It is very important to wash your hair daily and to brush away any loose dandruff flakes as skin fungal infections are highly spreadable, and are easy to re-infect and spread to other parts of the body or to the healthy areas of the scalp.
