Why Growing Up Is Fun But Really Stressful By An Adolescent

College is one of the most important stages in anyone's life. There are those who enjoy these days by going to parties and watching movies and just having fun, there are others who have to work to support the family at the same time. This period, like any other period, in human life goes through stages and each stage comes a rising level of stress. Some stress is good and necessary, called Eustress. A low level of stress that keeps us motivated to do our best and thus be naturally good. Some stress is bad your consistency can be very harmful, this type of stress is known as Depression.

The first change that takes place in college is the complete freedom we enjoy, and we are not used to it and are drawn to this process. Important decisions to make, such as which subjects to choose and which career to pursue? Staying at home or in a hostel? Students should develop a code of conduct that suits them best. Once the subjects are selected, the most common cause of stress is marks. Students put themselves under a lot of pressure to do better, academics are often biased for those who get high marks rather than focusing on how well the students are learning, the pressure to perform, the impressive pressure can cause great stress. Students who enter college through bursary programs or those who are in a low-income, responsible for caring for and supporting the family, suffer the most. Some of them even work part-time and do not have time to rest.

Next in line are friends. Friends are the most important part of a person's life. Friends add meaning to our lives and help us to discover what we are inside. Making new friends and adjusting their lifestyle is not easy. Sometimes it can lead to a change in the value system. In non-smoker shoes, “Do I really need to smoke to get into a party?” Sometimes people change their whole outlook on life. Determining to conform to peer pressure or to adhere to your values and decisions often leads to conflict and frustration.

Love is another important factor in the lives of young people. There are different types of couples. There are those who feel that love is a game. Some feel that it is something that can cool them down. Some people just flirt and some then think that love lasts forever. Sometimes different types of couples come together. This can lead to great stress.

With love and relationships comes separation. Separation is not easy. It can lead to feelings of inadequacy, depression, and sometimes even a bad image. By the time they were 17, most college students had broken down and were dating. By the time they were 18, they were experiencing various forms of depression. They are now legal adults and have much more responsibilities. There is a conflict between them, as they see they are not children, they are not adults at all. They need to find socially acceptable ways of expressing themselves.

This is a time when young people often face identity confusion. They are in the process of making a personal statement based on their numbers. Sometimes these principles conflict with their parents' values and family plans. In the typical society, there are many gender-based pressures. Young girls are under pressure to get married, and many times against their will. She is expected to do all the housework and jobs and should manage his or her education and homework that may be very stressful for him or her. He is expected to be humble and respectful and is often not allowed to speak thoughtfully. He is ruled by his father's wishes and is given very little freedom. A baby boy, on the other hand, is encouraged to go out and earn a living. They are given more freedom than women.

These are just a few of the polls that my polls have shown. There are so many young people facing them today. The pressures young ones face today are far different from those of their parents or siblings or older siblings. Young people in our modern world are capable and determined to make a difference.
