If you miss getting a job through placemen, itt is difficult to get an IT job as a fresher because MNC companies will not hire outside of the campus placement.
3.Third thing is you leave the MNC company, stop MNC competition, and the startup companies and mid-range companies will prefer hiring the Freshers even start-up and midrange companies also will not refer to higher freshers.
The reasons are their huge cost if hiring freshers have to spend huge costs for freshers because they need to provide training. At the same time, they have to manage the freshers for a long time it might be six months or one year, so that is the reason startup company will think that if you hire the fresher, they need to provide the training at least a minimum of six months or eight months or it may be one year.
After giving training after learning some real-time environment the fresher candidates will try to jump into another company, so that is the reason, uh the startup are mid-range companies they don't believe the Freshers because after they spend a lot of amount on the candidate so after one year or one and a half year, he's very eager to jump into another company from start-up.
4.Fourth reason for freshers candidates is they don't have some stability and also professional skills. Hence, they have to learn those things as well they are very unstable here's why its companies will not prefer as a fresher.
5.Fifth reason is it's a lack of confidence many of the candidates may not have confidence to continue in their it job. So in case it company will give opportunity for fresher with the lack of confidence he may drop in the middle only he may drop from the company, so this is also one more reason they may not hire the freshers because of a lack of confidence, they may not continue in the company and they may abstain from the company and again company will hire the new persons and they and they will give training this is this process will take long term and investment on the candidate is also wasted.
6.Sixth reason every start-up and mid-range companies want to grow their business as soon as possible. If they hire freshers, their businesses may be getting slow, so their business may grow quickly if they hire experienced candidates. So therefore these things also they will consider according to their business as well, so that is why they are a startup or mid-race companies they don't refer to high freshers.
