Why everyone should consider Blogging

Blogging is relatively new. It involves building an online journal that is presented in chronological order. A blogger who maintains a blog may choose to post blog posts as often as they wish. This may include posting more than once new entries per day, daily, weekly, monthly or even at an unusual interval. Blog posts are usually related in some way but can be for any topic that the blogger desires. Bloggers may keep a blog for "many" different reasons, and these blogs, may be private or public. This article will explain the differences between private and public blogs, and will also discuss professional blogging and blogging for personal reasons.

Confidential vs. Social Blogs

Blogs can be private or public. Private blogs are those where only blogger and other authorized bloggers can view blog posts. Social blogs are available to any Internet users. The blogger may choose to make the blog private or public depending on whether you are comfortable with it or not while others are reading the blog. For example, a blogger who makes a blog for the purpose of talking about frustration in life may choose to keep the blog a secret so that friends or family members can read these posts. On the other hand, a blogger who blogs for the same purpose as promoting the cause will probably choose to make the blog public so that its message can reach as many internet users as possible. However, bloggers who create blogs to express themselves through their writing, poetry or other forms of speech may choose to make the blog private or public depending on whether they want to make these personal feelings available to others or not. Some bloggers in this situation will make the blog public because they want to reach out to others who may share their feelings or who may benefit from reading their blogs. There may be other bloggers in this situation who will make the blog private because they do not want others to see these personal expressions.

Professional Blogging

Blogging can actually be a source of income for some bloggers. There are many companies that maintain a network of bloggers and pay bloggers to keep a blog on the network. These bloggers may be compensated for each post, depending on the number of page views the blog receives or the combination of the post value and page views. The job of being a blogger requires a lot of dedication. The blogger should be willing and able to update the blog regularly and keep the blog interesting to readers.

Blogging for Personal Reasons

Blogging can also be done for personal reasons. Some bloggers use their blog to keep in touch with family and friends, while others use it to express themselves or share information with others. Blogs created for personal reasons can be a lot of fun, but a blogger should make sure he avoids allowing the process of keeping a blog into a stressful situation. A blog kept for personal reasons should be an exciting thing for a blogger.
