We all know that water is good for us and that maybe we should drink some of it. So why do Americans find it so difficult to drink from what is apparently a source of youth?
How Water Affects Our Body?
Your body is formed from about 60% water. The functions of these bodily fluids include digestion, absorption, blood circulation, saliva production, nutrient transport, and body temperature maintenance.
"With a pituitary gland in the back, your brain communicates with your kidneys and tells you how much fluid it can excrete as urine or hold on to it," said Guest, who is also a professor of medicine at Stanford University.
When your fluids are low, the brain creates a process of dehydration. And unless you are taking anti-depressant drugs, says Guest, you should heed those directions and get yourself a drink of water, juice, milk, coffee - any healthy drink other than alcoholic drinks.
Zero. The fact is that 1 in 10 Americans drinks zero cups of water a day, according to a study by Drs. Alyson Goodman, a gynecologist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. He suspects that those who do not drink any water (or very little) get it from other sources such as food and coffee, but he warns that this may not be enough.
"Most health risks are reduced if you drink plain water," Goodman said.
That is why he says the results are "contradictory."
Robert Eakle, chief executive of Alkame Water, agrees. He states: “Without water, no living thing could ever survive. "It affects every aspect of our lives and is an important part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle."
However, not all water is created equal. Developed water, such as Alkame Water, provides the body with more health benefits than regular water. See how it can help:
Your body is made up of about 60 percent water. • It balances body fluids. It performs important functions such as protecting your organs and tissues, regulating your body temperature, and carrying nutrients and oxygen to your cells - actually keeping your body working like an oil-filled machine.
Water softens your skin and acts as a protective barrier to prevent excessive fluid loss (consider a free anti-aging cream). • It keeps the skin looking healthy. In addition, it can keep your skin fresh and smooth.
Incorporating ionized water into your daily diet can energize your body by using additional antioxidants, improving aerobic capacity, increasing energy levels, and patented technology that alters the structure of water cells, giving your body full weight. • Increases the immune system. Those who mix water are at a lower risk of getting sick. This crystalline concoction helps fight colds, cancer, and other diseases - especially if your water contains low-grade substances, such as those found in Alkame Water.,
• It can help control calories. While drinking water may not be a weight-loss strategy, replacing it with high-calorie or sugary drinks can help eliminate fat products, replenishing them so you don’t overdo it; it acts as a natural desire to stress lift your body.
