Basically, every company has customers, and every company should keep some basic information about those customers like names, addresses, purchases, contracts, invoices, etc. Therefore, every company should have at least some basic “CRM technology” to track and provide their services to customers. Even small businesses use Outlook, Quicken or other applications for this purpose.

If you use Microsoft Outlook for your daily communications, calendars, tasks and appointments and need a way to track sales and opportunities, share data with all sales representatives, improve understanding of your marketing process, communicate with a wider group of people on a one-to-one basis, process improvement of your business in the most important area - marketing, and you need a reporting system that overrides many Excel spreadsheets, and then you need a complete CRM solution.

Why? Because CRM software can increase the profitability of your business by reducing current operating costs, usually at a call center or distribution system, and by increasing customer value through smart marketing using customer data to maximize customer profits.

Can you do it without CRM? Probably, but not effectively because only CRM is designed to take care of the Customer's personal needs "in the middle", which means that by using one software, all employees of the same company can access a structured website online, where sales, customer.

Service and management have access to the same customer data using tools such as “Sales Force Automation” (provides Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Account and Communication Management, Reports and Dashboards are particularly useful for your sales organization team), “Customer Support and Services” (Provides Ticket Management, Foundation Information, E-mail notifications that are especially useful for your customer support team.), “Marketing Automation” (provides Lead Management, Mailing Lists, E-mail / Mail Merge templates, Product Management, which is especially useful for your organization team.

Improve sales efficiency.), providing complete integration between pre-sales, after-sales, asset purchases, fulfillment, and other business processes within your organization.

In other words, good CRM software will help you build customer relationships by setting satisfying goals between the organization and customers, establishing and maintaining customer relationships and generating positive emotions in your organization and customers.

Organizations that use CRM and turn their businesses into e-commerce companies will find competing clients ready to receive them with a “smile”.

According to a survey conducted by IT Consulting company Aberdeen - "The successes of this new economy will be those companies that can successfully use the internet to redesign, create and integrate all business operations".

Take the honey! You can jump on board with CRM and invest, knowing you need it, or pull out a calculator and pencil and start assembling what you will lose! One thing is for sure - in a few short months after using your CRM solution, you will be wondering how you ever lived without it!
