Why Do We Hurt Those We Love Most And How To Stop This

You love each other, but you can't handle communication without arguing, fighting, and keeping tired, everyone in his corner, trying to lick his wounds and think about how to protect himself from new attacks. And despite that, you love each other? How is this possible? Why do people hurt their loved ones so much? How is it possible for us to express our love? How come we are full of good intentions, but we find ourselves shouting and blaming someone else when it comes to the truth. Then the beast jumps up and down our throat to choke us again. How can you stop this constant behavior? First, let me explain why this is happening. We all need energy. We need the energy to live and survive. Power comes in many forms: love, attention, passion, food, friendship, money, acceptance, recognition…

We all need this to feel good, build our personality, and find our place in society. But here's the thing: as long as we think this power has to come from other people, we're going to get caught up in the struggle. Because man's power is limited. We must fight for it. Man's power does not last. There is not enough of it. So we have to be very fast, very smart, very good, to attract the attention and draw his strength. If this doesn't work, we try another strategy. We are trying to draw attention to the wrong behavior. Every child learns very quickly when he is young: when he quietly plays with his toys, the mother cooks dinner or talks to the father. But as soon as a child hurts his little sister or plays with her illness,

mothers are quick to notice. You scream maybe, angry or worried, but it doesn’t matter all this baby's attention! He learns very quickly what behaviors give him the most attention and strength. When his mother or father looks at him, or angrily, it is still a force that comes to him! When they scolded him, they gave him power. Power is bad, that's fine, but it's better than no power at all. As we grow older and start dating, we find something exciting: when we fall in love, we gain more energy (read: attention, interest, time, love, etc.) for free. Someone else gives us more freedom and more of the whole energy group. We don't even have to ask for it; we don't need to use any strategy to choose this power; it's all free! We let our empowerment process come to us. We relax. We are in love. It almost flies literally. We are up!

Everything seems more colorful, more vivid; we feel simpler, life seems simpler, everything goes by itself, we feel we love everyone and everything, even our aggressive boss! Nothing can harm us; we feel safe and strongly encouraged. But this is his power! We fly in the power of another, and man's power is limited! And that is exactly the problem! This free energy distribution begins to decline as one returns to his business and career. Why? The body cannot control this amount of adrenaline for long, they say… but the real reason is that we need to learn to release our energy elsewhere, not from a person but from a source of energy itself. So our lover gives us a little less energy than before. We were used to this powerful movement. Now we have to do it again alone!

Free power is effortless! We don't have to make any effort to find it! And now that we're getting a little bit of this free energy, we don't want to let this happen. At this point, our old energy capture system starts due to a lack of energy (there is an alarm inside us: Danger! And our behavior.
