Difference between Fissure, Piles, and Fistula.

The difference between piles and fistula and fissure is that a fissure is tearing the anus lining. In contrast, a fistula is an abnormal connection between the anus and the skin.

Piles are mainly the swollen blood vessels, while fissures are cracks, and fistulas are an opening of a cavity. Piles are mostly painless and unnoticeable. Fissures cause a lot of pain. In the case of fistulas, pus is discharged out of the anal area.

Hemorrhoids(piles), malformations, and fistula(bhagandar) are all diseases of the rectum .

 

 

Some people urinate during or after defecation.  It also causes severe pain during defecation.  It can be feces, hemorrhoids.  Some have a hole in the side of the rectum and cause feces and blood.
Is it called Bhagandar(fistula)?

The throat is a type of wound.  The wound gradually grows and turns into feces.  If you have a sore throat, you may have difficulty urinating and bleeding.  This problem occurs in 7 percent of people.

Hemorrhoids(Piles): There is no pain during defecation but a large amount of bleeding.

It is treated with radical methods if it has been in the stool for a year, two years, or six months.  In addition, treatment for anal fistula is performed through anal dilation.

People think that once the fissure operation is done, the problem arises again after two years.  However, there will be no problems with the operation.  If you have difficulty urinating or bleeding, you can treat it with some medicine.
Laser surgery treatment is also there.

 

 

5. Prevention of Fissure, Piles and Fistula

Drink plenty of water, as one and a half liters of water will come out as urine.  You need to drink about 3 to 4 liters of water.  People who have a sore throat or hemorrhoids must drink less water.

Eating large amounts of fruit and green vegetables does not cause constipation. Eat fiber types of food.
Fasting people also need to drink 3 to 4 liters of water daily.
