Why Didn T You Publish My Article Other Major Article Sites Did

Q: Considering all other major article sites have published my article, do you want to give me a reason to reject my article?

answer:

There are dozens of reasons why I could have chosen not to publish your article. It's hard to call from memory without knowing which of your articles I rejected.

I own and manage over 150 article distribution groups. I own and manager seven websites that are either article directories or websites that reprint articles. I own and manage an article delivery service. Soon there will be two services.

I see a lot of articles.

Any and all article directory managers are free to make their own choices about what to publish and what not.

On My Distribution Groups, as long as you follow some basic grouping rules, your articles will be allowed through the system.

1. Maximum 2 posts per day.

2. Unsubscribed group in no mail mode. If you want others to read your content, you must at least display the same courtesy to others.

3. No direct ads.

4. No press release.

5. Nothing that reads like a sales pitch.

In my services, the only rules that apply are:

1. Nothing that reads like an advertisement.

2. No press release.

3. No hate speech, or controversial business practices.

In my directories, I follow the same basic rules as above. I also follow many other internal guides.

* I do not want any of my sites to look like all other sites. So I reject something on the basis of desire or on the basis of nothing.

* I don't want to be the sheep that does exactly what everyone else does.

*Bad formatting in the article will disallow it.

*The alleged advertisement in the body of the article may disallow it.

* Some topics are generally always rejected.

*If the website listed in your resource box contains information scraped from most search engines, and if I catch it, I will usually reject your article - no matter how good your article is. I know other directory managers that have a similar policy.

* All acceptance and rejection decisions are made in just a second.

Chances are your article has been published in over 90% of reprint article resources, mainly reprint article distribution lists.

Do you need 100% exposure on my network? No.

Do you want 100% exposure on my network? Perhaps.

If all article directory managers accept all similar articles, your article on their site will be almost useless. If there are five to six sites with exactly the same content on them, it's likely that the spiders will eventually figure it out, and then they'll stop indexing the "mirror" sites.

Your article across the board is 100% the worst thing you can hope for. On the surface, this may sound good, because you have many more links. But, these "mirror" sites with 100% identical content will come back to bite you in the ****. They will hurt your SEO ranking in the end, as these sites will be penalized by the search engines, and the articles on those sites may also get hurt.

I'm happy to decline articles "at will" on my free article directories, because I certainly don't want to look like the other 30 article directories.

Let's face it, few article directory websites are the same. Some are simply better than others and are recognized by the general internet community.

The site where you are complaining about your article being "not included" is a new directory with little recognition in the market. I set it up to test it out and play with its article directory software.

When we reach the end of the day, every article directory or website hosting articles is part of a democracy. The webmaster can approve your articles or reject your articles. It is up to you to provide an article that the webmaster would like to use on their website. This business of expecting people to use your articles is completely off-base, and could result in you being barred from attending an angry webmaster's website forever.
