Federal Reserve conducts meeting every month, and they are increasing the interest rates which may continue more than a year to reach their expected growth. USA government is moving towards recession, which will have a great impact in the world economy. In recent the share of Netflix, Amazon faced a huge downfall which will be an example for market crisis. The same scenario happened in the year 2008 and the market faced a bloodbath, and it took nearly two years for the market to get back to its level.
Cryptocurrency will face a huge loss by this year or next year according to Investing experts. The reason will be inflation around the world. Recent times we have heard about the inflation that occurred in Sri Lanka which made the world to look at them. Now USA is expected to meet recession and UK will be expected under recession by the end of this year. So the world will be in a big financial crisis due to which all the markets around the world will face a huge loss in the economy. The price of the cryptocurrency and dollar value is dependent on each other. When the dollar value gets decreased, there is increase in value of cryptocurrency and that's how both are interconnected with each other.
Experts advise that upcoming situation of market will be only suitable for traders and not for investors, and it is not the right time for investment. The upcoming market after downfall will be a trading market which can be done during a short time to get profit. Comparing the previous similar scenarios, it is predicted that the cryptocurrency will face a massive downfall by this year or next year. More than 60% is expected to fall by this year because it happened in the year 2008 like the same scenario which we face right now. The inflation or recession will take a long time to get resolved. So people should be aware before making investments by this time. There is a possibility of returning to the boom only if we do not face any crisis further. But cryptocurrency will be the future in terms of technology and other aspects. It will have a great role in the upcoming decades.
