The country has the largest economy, second-largest GDP, third-largest country by area, the largest country by population, and with the most exports which are equivalent to 19% of the world export, is not even able to be considered the richest country in the world, this is what we will discuss.
The wealth of any nation is measured by the GDP per capita (total GDP divided by total population). It is beneficial for the less populated country. The richest country in the world is Luxembourg, whose population is about 649,621 and its GDP is 86.71 billion USD (according to world meter). It is just like, a home that has 4 members whose income is 20,000 and there is another home where 20 members lives and their income is 50000, so it can be said that the first home is richer than the other Similarly, the country's wealth is measured.
WHAT OBSTACLE IS CHINA FACING TO BECOME THE RICHEST COUNTRY;
As you know, China has a population of 1.44 billion which is equal to the 18.47% of the total population of the world, and they are increasing still not able to be stabilized, however, they are trying to stabilize it, but no positive outcome has been received yet. Their growth rate is 8.1% and the mortality rate is 8.966 per 1000 birth. It not only decreases GDP per capita but also possessing threats to other factors like unemployment, eradicating poverty, environmental destruction, it is disturbing the standard of living, and something else. The main disaster of overpopulation is controlling infectious diseases because not enough space is available for isolation, which leads to deforestation for increasing land. In short, nature degradation happens, which causes climate change and natural disasters may happen.
WHAT ARE BILLIONAIRES DOING?
Billionaires are a need of all countries because they provide employment, eradicate poverty, and they took part in welfare activities. China has 1133 billionaires followed by the US who has 716 billionaires, if China doesn't have most billionaires then unemployment would have touched the roof. Apart from this, they play a handy role in growing the economy and contributing to enhancing GDP. Most Billionaires don't like to keep their money saved, they always like to invest in real estate, the stock market, and other platforms which contribute to the wealth of the country.
WHAT STEPS HAVE BEEN TAKEN BY THE GOVERNMENT TO COUNTER THIS TERROR;
In 1979, while seeing the increasing stats of their population. China adopted a one-child policy, and they made fines for violators. Such as violators will not be able to participate in elections, will not be able to get government jobs also they will rather throw out of government relief schemes, additional money is fine too, these all steps were taken by the government to make it obligatory for the people to follow that policy because it was a gigantic task for them to imposed that law to the people. As a result of this, after a decade they got to see a gender ratio. As, only a family is allowed to have an only child. Unfortunately, in China, people prefer boys rather than girls, and the gender ratio gained a massive increase which was a serious hurdle for the government gender ratio in 1990 was 120 men to 100 women. People started killing their newborn girls to avail themselves another opportunity of the giving birth so that they may have a boy, which increases women's infanticides. Which was destroying the environment, however, the one-child policy was spread to a two-child policy and then to a three-child but not a good response came. To tackle this situation, leaders joint their heads and lifted that policy in 2016.
SOLUTION TO COUNTER OVERPOPULATION;
After a lot of investigation, surveys, and studies. The only solution is now available. Research says that education is the only solution to all problems. The world's happiest country "Finland" has a literacy rate of 100%, and if you look at stats that, Norway whose literacy rate is 100% and for utility, the rate is 1.696, and Niger whose literacy rate is 13.6% and the fertility rate is 6.596, A major difference can be easily seen. If a country wants to get rid of overpopulation or intends to stabilize its population it would have to pay focus on education, it'll have to arrange family management programs, empowerment of women, make education entertaining, and mainly they need to spread education everywhere rather than to every hook and corner of the country. This is what China is aiming for, this is the thoughts that made the government lift the child policy.

There is no doubt that china is one of the most organized countries, they possess hardworking people who prefer exporting rather than importing, their leaders are loyal to their country they don't do anything which can harm their country, and they have a strong legislative system. However, they are facing problems in some departments, but they are working to vanish this problem too, which can be done in near future. They are the only country that provides resources to entrepreneurs so that they can do their business without any difficulties.
