Why Causes of heel pain in women and Some Ways to Prevent Heel Pain!!

The heel bone and ligaments have a sac called 'bursa' to prevent friction. If it becomes inflamed and swollen, it will cause pain in the heel. Still others may have a slight overgrowth of bone where the heel bone meets the calcaneum. This is called 'calcanealspur'. Heel pain is also common due to this. Some people have high levels of uric acid in their blood. This can also cause heel pain.

It can occur in both men and women between the ages of 30 to 40 years. Women are slightly more affected than men. People who are overweight are also more affected. That's not to say that skinny people can't get it. If it happened to father and mother, it can happen to their descendants too.

It occurs in people who work standing for long periods of time, athletes, and those who serve in the military. Running without proper 'warm-up' exercises will eventually lead to heel pain.

People who wear rough leather sandals and plastic sandals are more prone to heel pain. The reason is that our shoes should work like a 'shock absorber' in a vehicle. Only then will the workload of the heel be reduced. However, this benefit cannot be expected in rough leather sandals. Soft rubber slippers will help with this.

Many women today wear high heels. These shoes, which help keep the heel high, do not put equal pressure on the foot. When you walk with these on your feet, the plantar fascia is very stretched throughout the day and can quickly become inflamed and cause heel pain.

Still others wear cone-shaped shoes. As a result, the bones of the feet are compressed, the space narrows and the pain starts. Whole leg hurts when normal. The pain in the heel is worse when walking.

People with diabetes tend to have heel pain at a young age. The reason is that when blood sugar fails to be controlled, the excess sugar accumulates in the heel bone joints. Then it starts destroying the tissue there. As a result, they also get heel pain.

Feet bear the weight of the entire body. So sometimes you can develop heel pain due to your feet pressing unevenly on hard surfaces while playing or wearing the wrong shoes.

Some Ways to Prevent Heel Pain ;

Wearing shoes with extra cushioning in the heel and arch support can be very beneficial. Heel pain usually resolves on its own with proper exercise therapy, proper rest, and over-the-counter medications.

Pain-relieving ointments can be applied to the heel. When you wake up in the morning, keep your feet in warm water for a minute. Then keep it in plain water for a minute. If you hold this alternately for at least 20 minutes, you will get more blood flow to the heel. Reduces heel pain.

Eat more calcium-rich foods, vegetables, and fruits. That is, because milk is rich in calcium, women can get the calcium they need for a day by adding protein powder to a glass of milk every day.

Oats, curd, bell peppers, green vegetables and almonds should be included in the diet in large quantities. Toe tapping is a good exercise for heel pain.

Just lift your toes up, keeping the heel of your foot firmly on the floor. Now tap the floor with only the big toe to stand with four fingers raised. Now do the other side. That is, tap the floor with the other four fingers so that the big toe is raised. This exercise will reduce heel pain.
