Day in and day out, we read about the entrepreneurs leading the world. Hence, one might wonder why one should start a business? Leave behind a safe and secure job? Those who once enter the world of entrepreneurs usually never prefer to shift to a job after it. one
1) Money isn’t a problem
Money is always on one’s mind while working; it is what you earn, invest, and reap for a better future. You have a fixed amount of salary at the end of the month. Nowadays, an employer has not a secure job because of a pandemic situation.
2) No age limit!
You can start a business at any age. In a job, you should have a degree to earn a good salary. You do not get a degree before the age of 22-23.and in business; you dont need a degree.
3) Time
as you know, TIME IS MONEY....so whatever time you give to your business will grow you and your business. While in a job, someone else USE your time to grow their business. In Job, you have to retire from your work after “time decided by the company”.but in business you dont need to retire
4) More opportunity for income
In a job, you have an active source of income. In business, you have passive income, and you can grow your business at any level. The business gives you more flexibility than a job. You dont have to explain to anyone why you are late, so it gives you more freedom to do anything as long as you sorted everything in your business.
5) Be who you want to be
Having your own business gives you a rare chance to be exactly who you want to be and how you want to achieve that. Your business becomes your learning curve, implementation point, and as an entrepreneur, it leaves a good impression on others of yours, as a leader who is willing to take risks and put in efforts.
6) BE YOUR OWN BOSS:
In your own business, you have your own rules and don’t have to wait for a “Yes” from the boss to implement a new idea. In a job, sometimes you can’t even provide benefits to “your boss” in certain conditions. But in your own business, you can go beyond the limits and rules to make your business successful.
7) Passion
Like said, a business starter has to do everything, right from scratch, the groundwork, the presentations to the final execution. With that, you get to do things live, practice what you learn, and implement better practices along the way.
Here we go, so many reasons why a business is better than a regular day job. But remember, it all depends on you as a person and what are your life goals!
8) Goal
Being a business leader implies you should be ambitious. Control and managing all business divisions, handling many people, and being deeply involved in decision-making allow you to steer the company in the right direction, the direction you want to go to. No sooner will you observe ticking off your desired goals, both on a personal and professional level.
