To lose weight and stay healthy, you need regular exercise to get proper nutrition and burn fat. The first thing you need to understand about exercise is that just because you burn calories does not mean you burn fat. When you exercise, your main focus should be on body fat loss, and you cannot lose body fat by burning calories. Our bodies burn calories when we exercise, but the calories we burn are found in the carbohydrates in our system. To burn calories in your stored fat, your body needs the presence of oxygen. There is a certain amount of oxygen your body needs to burn fat, and the only way to measure the amount you need in your body is to maintain your heart rate during exercise. ۔ Please understand that if you continue to burn calories from carbohydrates only, you will lose a lot of "water weight" which leads to a decrease in your metabolism. Also, think of the calories burned in carbohydrates as your energy calories. If you lose too many calories, your muscles will not have enough energy to improve your metabolism, burning fat indirectly. So you should increase your calorie intake when you are on an exercise program to convert your burned calories into energy.
Burn calories of fat during exercise
During aerobic exercise, your body goes through a few stages before reaching your fat burner. You will hear people say that in the first 10 minutes of exercise not only burn sugar (carbohydrates) but also fats. This is true to some degree. I say this because if you do not work hard to get more oxygen into your body, you will continue to burn sugar for more than 10 minutes. Or you work hard, and you can't give enough oxygen to your body to burn fat. When exercising, you should walk at a steady pace (not too fast, not too fast) so that your body can use stored fat (not carbohydrates or sugar) as a source of energy. Also, just because you have reached the point of burning fat does not mean that you will stay there. Being in the fat burning phase also depends on you moving at the right speed for your body. Make sure you are in the center of your heart rate.
Burn calories of fat at rest
The only way to maintain a healthy calorie intake after a workout is to train your body with anaerobic. Weight training is the key to easy fat burning. Weight training is an anaerobic exercise that allows you to burn more calories than aerobic exercise. The calories you burn during exercise are usually the carbohydrate calories (i.e. you should eat extra calories daily to gain energy). But the calories you burn comfortably are usually the calories from fat. The reason you burn fat more comfortably is that weight training improves your body, using your stored fat as energy.
You should do aerobic (cardio) and anaerobic (weight training) to make your body the ultimate fat burning machine. You should do aerobic (cardio) and anaerobic (weight training) to make your body the ultimate fat burning machine.
