Why breast Augmentation ?? General Information

Breast Augmentation is becoming more and more common with this type of cosmetic surgery because it is one of the fastest growing forms of cosmetic surgery. There are two reasons why women may not want to do this procedure. In 80% of cases, for cosmetic reasons, 20% are for reconstruction of the breast after surgery. There are three questions you need to ask yourself when considering a breast augmentation procedure. Why are you looking for plants? What do you expect to find in Breast Implant Surgery? Are you ready to follow up on a long-term and possibly future surgery and costs that will include this if needed? You must keep in mind that Breast augmentation surgery is a major invasive surgical procedure performed under general anesthesia and with all the common injuries that occur during invasive surgery. There are two types of implants, natural tissue and very different Synthetic Implants. Natural Tissue Plants are often used for breast reconstruction surgery. They are never made for cosmetic reasons. Patient tissue is used to rebuild the breast. Tissues come from the back or abdomen. This tissue is then attached to the chest and shaped like a breast. The surgeon must carefully remove and re-arrange the muscles and blood supply to keep the new breast healthy. The procedure may also involve nipple reconstruction. Ideally, the first nipple will be pulled out and reconnected to the new breast when it is healthy. However, if that does not happen, then there is an artificial change or nipples that can be painted. Synthetic Breast Implants are made of two types that are currently available. These can be silicone gel or saline solution. There have been other types in the past, but they are no longer used due to health risks. Both silicone and saline plants are both covered with a silicone shell. There are some women who rarely get breast implants. Those under the age of 18, who are pregnant, those who are currently breastfeeding, or if you have a rarely incurable cancer or existing infection. There are certain risks of Breast Augmentation Surgery that should be carefully considered as there is no medical benefit to breast augmentation surgery. The only benefit seems to be that breastfeeding women are increasing their self-esteem and confidence. The risks are as below. One of those risks is Casular Contracture. This affects about one in ten women. This is where the red tissue naturally builds up around the implant which makes the implant stronger. Another risk is infection. This is a common risk after any major invasive surgery. This is usually caused by the accumulation of blood / fluid around the implant. The body can safely absorb a certain amount, but if it is too much, it can cause problems. A common course of action is to determine the course of anti-biotics. There is also a risk of cracking even though that risk is small compared to the production techniques and modern building materials. Also, the solution inside the implant is not particularly toxic. The silicone gel will remain in its original state, and the saline solution can safely enter the body. Breast augmentation is a very common procedure despite a significant amount of negative exposure regarding the safety of breast implants. Those plugs that were once thought to be unsafe are no longer used. Research is being done to make sure that women with these old plants are safe.
