Blogging is what I am writing about. Blogging is a dream job for many people. You get to be your own boss, you can work from home, and you can generate passive income. That's why so many people start a blog with the goal of making money online. Any extra cash you bring in is a win, so starting a blog is definitely worth it if that's your goal.
I would definitely say a career in blogging is a wonderful prospect. However, it is not that easy, and the success rate is just 2% – 3%. Most of the bloggers in India fail because they think blogging is some get-rich-quick scheme. You need a lot of patience and hard work before you start generating any revenue.
But you need to understand that when you start a blog, you are starting a business, so you are actually an entrepreneur. The thing is, the startup cost is very low, so technically speaking, you don’t even need to get a college education to be able to do this. It’s something that you can just do.

Like I said, some bloggers even make between $20,000-$25,000 a month. But the thing is, there are people who have tasted success and people who were disasters in the field. While as I always say, dedication and hard work and product knowledge is always a boon to this career, any aspiring student, employee, housewife or retired person may also start it as a passive income source until he/she is well versed with the knowledge and interest of the subject of the blog he/she is going to start. Improvisation to the relevance can be done at any point of time through courses which are widely available in today's digital world.
