Like numerous other businesses in Cuba, Nell Paradiso's eatery is suffering from a labor deficit. In just one month, 50 workers have left the eatery in the heart of the capital, Havana. Numerous of these workers have left the islet and gone abroad.
Annie Zúñiga, the eatery's director in charge of staffing, said workers were leaving their jobs. But they aren't getting enough time to get their relief workers.
The Nell Paradiso eatery was closed for a long time due to the outbreak of the coronavirus. But after the nimbus infection subsided, the eatery couldn't run for further than two months due to lack of workers. Nicaragua, a close supporter of Havana, allowed Cuban citizens to enter their country without visas after infections subsided.
