Many books say that stress is not harmful, but little stress is necessary for your aim or goal, but taking it in excess is not good. If you are suffering from all these things then you should also eat a good and healthy diet which prevents many diseases from your body like fresh fruits and green vegetables, you should also take protein-containing things like eggs, meat, etc. It's very important to take a morning walk or do some heart-relieving exercises and yoga, which improves your blood circulation and gives your negative thoughts a break.
So, the last thing I guess you all want to know is the symptoms of cardiac arrest, right? Well, you may have sudden chest pain, breathing problem and sweating are the few symptoms that you may observe and help you to detect cardiac arrest. There is one way to treat a cardiac arrest patient if there is an emergency and this is the lifesaving procedure, of giving him /her CPR (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation).
