AP Govt Employees: గత ఎన్నికల సమయంలో వైసీపీ అధినేత జగన్ వెంటే నడిచాయి ఉద్యోగ సంఘాలు. జగన్ భారీ మెజార్టీ సాధించడంలో ఉద్యోగులది కూడా కీలక పాత్ర అనడంలో ఎలాంటి సందేహం లేదు. కానీ ఇప్పుడు అవే ఉద్యోగ సంఘాలు. జగన్ సర్కార్ కు అల్టిమేటమ్ ఇచ్చారు నాయకులు.
ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగ సంఘాల నేతలు కీలక నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నారు.
పీఆర్సీ (PRC)తో పాటు పలు డిమాండ్ల సాధన కోసం ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ (Andhra Pradesh) ఉద్యోగ సంఘాలు పోరుబాట పట్టాయి. ఇప్పటికే పలు దఫాలుగా రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం (AP Government)తో జరిపిన చర్చలు విఫలం కావడంతో ఉద్యోగ సంఘాల నేతలు విజయవాడ (VIJAYAWADA)లో సమావేశమై చర్చించారు. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఉద్యోగులు, ఉపాధ్యాయుల పట్ల వివక్ష చూపుతోందని ఆరోపించారు. పీఆర్సీ నివేదిక ఇస్తామని చెప్పి మాట తప్పారని విమర్శించారు. ఉద్యోగుల న్యాయమైన డిమాండ్లపై ఇప్పటికైనా ప్రభుత్వం స్పందించాలన్నారు.
ఉద్యోగులను కార్యాచరణ దిశగా ప్రభుత్వమే నెట్టిందని ఆరోపించారు. అందుకే ఇంతకాలం విడివిడిగా పోరాడిన ఉద్యోగ సంఘాలంతా ఇకపై ఒక్కటిగా పోరాడాలని నిర్ణయించాయి.
డిసెంబర్ 1 నుంచి 30వ తేదీ వరకు అంటే, నెల రోజుల పాటు వివిధ రూపాల్లో ఆందోళనలు చేస్తున్నట్టు ప్రకటించారు. ఉద్యోగులంతా ఉద్యమంలో పాల్గొని న్యాయమపరమైన సమస్యలు పరిష్కారమయ్యేలా చేసుకుందామని పిలుపు ఇచ్చారు.
ఇందులో భాగంగా డిసెంబరు 1న సీఎస్కు వినతి పత్రం సమర్పిస్తారు. డిసెంబరు 7 నుంచి 10 వరకు నల్లబ్యాడ్జీలు ధరించి విధులకు హాజరవుతున్నారు. అదే రోజున మధ్యాహ్నం భొజన సమయంలో నిరసనలు తెలిపారు.
డిసెంబరు 13న అన్ని డివిజన్ కేంద్రాల్లో నిరసన ప్రదర్శలు చేస్తారు. 21న జిల్లా కేంద్రాల్లో మహాధర్నా నిర్వహిస్తారు. మధ్యాహ్నం రెండు గంటల వరకు నిరసన తెలియచేయనున్నారు. డిసెంబరు 27న సాయంత్రం 4 గంటలకు విశాఖలో భారీ సదస్సు ఏర్పాటు చేస్తారు. అలాగే డిసెంబరు 30న తిరుపతిలో సదస్సు, అప్పటికీ ప్రభుత్వం నుంచి ఎలాంటి స్పందన రాకుంటే జనవరి 3న ఏలూరులో ప్రాంతీయ సదస్సులు.
జనవరి 6న ఒంగోలులో మహా ప్రదర్శన నిర్వహిస్తామని బండి శ్రీనివాసరావు తెలిపారు. అక్టోబర్ నెలాఖరుకు పీఆర్సీ ఇస్తామని ప్రభుత్వం చెప్పిందనే విషయాన్ని ఏపీ జేఏసీ అధ్యక్షులు గుర్తు చేశారు. పీఆర్సీ నివేదిక అడిగినా. ఇంతవరకూ ఇవ్వలేదని, ఒకటో తేదీన జీతాలు కూడా ఇవ్వలేని పరిస్థితి ఉందని ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ఉద్యోగ, ఉపాధ్యాయుల పట్ల ప్రభుత్వం వివక్ష చూపిస్తోందని ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా పలు తేదీల్లో తాము పలు కార్యక్రమాలు చేయడం జరుగుతోందన్నారు.
ఉద్యమానికి వెళ్లాలని ఉద్యోగుల నుంచి ఒత్తిడి వస్తోందని, ఉద్యోగుల కోసం ఆత్మాభిమానం చంపుకుని అందరి దగ్గరకూ వెళ్లడం జరిగిందని ఏపీ జేఏసీ అమరావతి అధ్యక్షులు బొప్పరాజు వెంకటేశ్వర్లు తెలిపారు. ఉద్యోగులు దాచుకున్న 1600 కోట్ల రూపాయలు ఎప్పుడిస్తారో చెప్పడం లేదని, ఉద్యోగ సంఘాలకు విలువ లేకుండా చూస్తున్నారంటూ ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారు.
ఆర్థిక మంత్రి అసెంబ్లీలో మాట్లాడిన తీరు ఉద్యోగులను బాధించిందని చెప్పారు. కరోనా సమయంలోనూ తాము ప్రభుత్వానికి పూర్తిగా సహకరించామన్నారు. విధిలేని పరిస్థితుల్లో ఉద్యమబాట పడుతున్నట్లు ప్రకటించారు. PRC నివేదికను బయటపెట్టడానికి ఇబ్బంది ఏంటి అని ఆయన సూటిగా ప్రశ్నించారు. వీరి ప్రకటనపై ప్రభుత్వం ఎలా రియాక్ట్ అవుతుందో చూడాలి.
