Why Jobs Getting Delay

Due to the work culture in every employee in the world is suffering for their leaving where they have many, problem in the work place the technology has, Bit increased with new where the employee not getting the proper income for their basic requirements this will, effect their total family, from now, many will take a loan and not able to return to the concern bank this kind of problem has to be reduced company peoples take and give more concentrate on the employee lifecycle, government has to take concern about the employee and increase more job to the people it will be very helpful to the world, everywhere finding the right job is very cruel to find were if employee wants to work for their time not able to complete the get the required salary for their caliber, Maybe it was decades of prosperity in America that caused complacency, maybe it was the brokenness in homes, or maybe it was that people just got lazy, Instead of trying to recreate the American Dream or resurrecting it from whatever graveyard it’s in, the time has come for you to dream, the majority of almost every generation in the workforce is living for the weekend. It’s gotten so bad, that people get into work on Monday morning, and they are planning their Friday night before they have thought about work, You know, you get 90% of the way to a goal, and then the rules change, and suddenly your goal is gone? Since the beginning of the USA, we've been taught "deferred gratification"--"A penny saved is a penny earned" and all that--yet today, things change so fast "deferred gratification" is often "lost gratification," and the interest on savings (even if it doesn't get eaten up in user fees) doesn't even keep up with inflation The ones who get ahead are the pioneers who get to make the rules for everyone else (including barriers to anyone coming up behind them), or are fast enough to turn around an investment before the rules change, "highest job hopping rates of all time, limited innovation, a disengaged workforce and a bunch of individuals looking out for their own self-interests instead of the greater good of all." One important detail that this article completely misses is that this trend was not started by the workforce but is actually a reaction to companies lack of commitment to their employees. Gone are the days when you could work for a company for 20+ years and trust that the company will take care of you. Pensions have disappeared, companies downsize and slash the workforce in times of trouble, older employees who have risen in the salaried ranks are let go in order to higher "cheaper" labor, all in the name of profit. Loyalty is a two, way street, a concept that is often overlooked or forgotten by employers. It is unfair to bash the workforce, especially millennials, for this trend, I believe this applies to every generation, Not sure why millionaire were the target.
