ఇప్పుడున్న ఈ సమాజంలో పూసల కులం గురించి ఎవరికీ తెలియని పరిస్థితులు ఉన్నాయి. మాది పూసల కులం అని ఎవరికైనా చెబితే ఆ కులం కూడా ఉంటుందా! అసలు పూసల వాళ్ళు అంటే ఎవరు?మీరు ఏం చేస్తారు. అని ప్రశ్నించిన గొంతుకలు ఎన్నో ఉన్నాయి. పూసల కులం లో పుట్టిన ప్రతి బిడ్డ పరిస్థితి ఎక్కడో ఒక సందర్భంలో ఏదో రకమైన అవమానాలను చవి చూస్తూనే ఉన్నారు. పూసల కులం లాగా ఎన్నో వెనుకబడిన కులాలు ఉన్నాయి. కానీ ప్రభుత్వం వాళ్లను గుర్తించి వాళ్లకు పై చదువుల కోసం యూనివర్సిటీ కళాశాలలో ప్రత్యేకమైన ప్రవేశాల సదుపాయాలు మరియు పోటీ పరీక్షలలో ప్రత్యేకమైన రిజర్వేషన్లు ప్రభుత్వం నుండి రుణం పొందే ప్రతి స్కీము లో ఇలా ప్రభుత్వానికి సంబంధించిన ప్రతి పథకాలలో వాళ్ళకి ప్రత్యేక గుర్తింపు ఉండి వెనకబడి ఉన్న ఆ కులస్తులు ఇంటికో గవర్నమెంట్ ఉద్యోగం చేస్తూ పెద్ద పెద్ద ఆఫీసర్ స్థాయి ఉద్యోగాలలో ముందంజలో దూసుకెళ్తున్నారు.
అయ్యా రాజకీయనేతలరా మేము ఏమి పాపం చేశాము. మా పూర్వీకులు నాగరికత తెలియని వాళ్లు అమాయకులు. ప్రతి ఊరు తిరుగుతూ సంచార జీవనం చేస్తూ గాజుల గంప నెత్తిన ఎత్తుకొని చంటి బిడ్డను సంక నెత్తుకొని పొట్టకూటికై శ్రమిస్తూ ప్రతి ఊరూ తిరుగుతూ గాజులు అమ్ముకుంటు బతికే వాళ్ళు. ఒక ఊరిలో తిరగడం అయిపోయాక వేరే గ్రామాల వైపు సంచార జీవనం కొనసాగిస్తూ పిల్లల్ని పోషించుకునే వారు. మా పూర్వీకుల నుంచి ప్రస్తుతం ఇప్పటివరకు ఈ సమాజం మమల్ని చిన్న చూపు చూడడం అంటరానితనం గా ఉండటం జరుగుతూనే ఉంది. అంత ఎందుకు మేము త్రాగడానికి మీరు ఇచ్చిన మీరు పూసల కులస్తులు అని నీరు త్రాగనీ పరిస్థితులు ఇలాంటి చేదు అనుభవాలు ఎన్నో చవి చూసాము. మా కులస్తులు ఒక గొప్ప స్థాయి ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగం లో ఉన్న వాళ్లని మేము ఇంతవరకు చూడలేదు. ఇకపోతే మధ్యస్థాయి ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగం లో పనిచేస్తున్న వారిని చేతి వేళ్ళ పై లెక్కపెట్టవచ్చు. కిందిస్థాయి ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగాలలో పనిచేస్తున్న వారు వందమందిని మించరు. ఇక రాజకీయరంగంలో లో చూస్తే వార్డు నెంబర్ స్థాయి లో ఒకరు ఇద్దరు, సర్పంచ్ స్థాయిలో ఇద్దరు ముగ్గురు,తప్ప అంతకన్నా ముందు స్థాయిలో మా కులం నుండి ఎవరూ లేరు.
మా తల్లిదండ్రులు ఎర్రటి ఎండలో గాజుల గంప నెత్తిన పెట్టుకొని ఇంటింటికి తిరుగుతూ మమ్మల్ని పోషిస్తూ వారు చదువు సంధ్య లేని వాళ్లం అని, అలా మా బిడ్డలు మాలాగా కష్టపడకూడదని, వారి పిల్లల్ని చదివించడానికి వాళ్లు చాలా కష్టపడ్డారు. వాళ్ల పిల్లలకు వారి శ్రమతో గ్రాడ్యుయేషన్, పోస్ట్ గ్రాడ్యుయేషన్ పూర్తిచేసుకొని ఉద్యోగాల కోసం ఎదురు చూస్తూ ఉన్నారు. కానీ ఎంత చదివినా ఏం లాభం లేకుండా పోతుంది. ప్రభుత్వం నుండి ఏ గుర్తింపు, ప్రయోజనాలు, రిజర్వేషన్లు అందక మా పూసల కులస్తుల పిల్లలు నిరుద్యోగంతో బాధ పడుతున్నారు. ఉన్నత స్థాయిలో ఉన్న కులాలే మరింత ప్రయోజనాలు అందుకుంటున్నాయి. వెనుకబడిన పూసల కులానికి ప్రభుత్వం నుండి ఎటువంటి సపోర్ట్ లభించక మరింత వెనుకబడి ఉన్నారు.
మా పూసల కులస్తులలో వ్యవసాయ భూములు ఉన్నవారు చాలా తక్కువ. మరికొందరికి ఉండడానికి ఇల్లు కూడా సరిగా ఉండదు. ప్రభుత్వం పథకాల ద్వారా లభించే ఇంటి నిర్మాణ పథకాలలో ఈ పూసల కులస్తులకు ఎలాంటి ప్రత్యేక వెసులుబాటు కూడా లేదు. మా పూర్వీకులు ఎలా గాజుల గంప ఎత్తుకొని జీవనం చేశారో ఇప్పుడు వాళ్ళ సంతానం కూడా అదే పని చేస్తూ బ్రతుకుతున్నారు. ఇంకెప్పుడూ ఈ పూసల జాతి విజయపథంలో ముందుకు నడుస్తుంది.
మా మా తాత ముత్తాతల నుండి ఇప్పటిదాకా ఎందరో రాజకీయ నాయకులు మారారు. కానీ మా బ్రతుకులలో మాత్రం ఎలాంటి మార్పు రాలేదు. ఇకనైనా ప్రభుత్వ రాజకీయ నాయకులారా మా కులాన్ని గుర్తించి మాకు చదువులలో, ఉద్యోగాలలో, రాజకీయాలలో ప్రత్యేక ప్రవేశ స్థానాలను కల్పించండి. మా పూసల జాతిని ప్రగతిపథంలో నడిపించండి. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

In this present society there are situations where no one knows about the caste of beads. If we tell anyone that ours is a bead caste, will that caste be too! Who are the real beads? What do you do? There are a lot of voices questioning that. Every child born into the caste of beads continues to face some kind of humiliation in some situation somewhere. There are many backward castes like the bead caste. But the government recognizes them and provides them with special admission facilities in university colleges for special studies and special reservations in competitive examinations.
Dear politicians, what a sin we have committed. Our ancestors were ignorant of civilization. They live a nomadic life, roaming every village, picking up a glass jar, carrying a baby, and working as a laborer, selling glasses all over the place. Those who raise children while continuing their nomadic life towards other villages after wandering in one village. From our ancestors until now this society continues to be untouchable to look down on us. That's why we're given you to drink. We have never seen our castes in a great level of government employment. Now those working in the middle-class government job can be counted on the fingers of one hand. Those working in low-level government jobs do not exceed a hundred. In politics, there is one or two at the ward number level, two or three at the sarpanch level, and no one from our caste at the previous level.
Our parents used to wander around the house with their glasses full of blood in the red sun and feed us, saying that they were illiterate, so that our children would not have to struggle like Mala, and they worked very hard to educate their children. They are looking forward to their children completing graduation and post-graduation with their hard work and jobs. But no matter how much you read, what you lose is useless. The children of our bead castes are suffering from unemployment without any recognition, benefits, reservations from the government. The upper castes are getting more benefits. The backward bead caste is further backward without any support from the government.
Very few of our bead castes own farmland. The house is not even suitable for others to stay. There is also no special facility for these bead castes in the house building schemes available through government schemes. How our ancestors made a living by picking up glass cups and now their offspring are living by doing the same thing. No longer is this bead race moving forward on the path to success.
Many politicians have changed from our grandparents until now. But nothing has changed in our lives. Recognize our caste as any more government politicians and give us special entry positions in education, jobs, politics. Lead our bead race in progress.
