Installation Instructions of ZQ285 General Seals
1. Before dispatching, it is imperative to pour the quench fluid into the mechanical general seals, ensuring a pressure that is 0.1 to 0.2 MPa higher than the medium within the kettle.
2. The addition of circulating cooling water becomes necessary when the medium temperature exceeds 120℃.
3. The consumer has the option to either provide their own quench liquid pressure source or choose from the balance vessels produced by our company.
