Karna, also known as so many names as follows Vasusena, Parashuram shishya, Kaunteya, Radheya, Angaraja, Sutaputra, and Suryaputra, is one of the major characters of the Hindu epic.
He was born by unmarried woman Kunti, so he is named kaunteya. But she was in the fearing outrage and backlash from society over her premarital pregnancy. Kunti had no choice but to abandon the newly born Karna adrift in a basket on the Ganges, hoping that he finds foster parents.
So the basket is founded, and Karna foster Ceuta parent, so he was named Sutaputra. the parents named Radha and Adhirath
After he became to learning, he went to take knowledge of Bow and arrows but their suta cast, not anyone ready to teach him because only Kshatriya kul can take knowledge of Bow and Arrow.
So he was rejected by guru dronacharya, but he was unstoppable and very interested in taking knowledge of Bow and Arrows, so he had nake him brahmana Putra, and by Guru, Parshurama gets the knowledge of Bow and Arrows, so he named as Parashurama shisha.
Karna grows up to be an accomplished warrior of extraordinary abilities, a gifted speaker, and becomes a loyal friend of Duryodhana.
Duryodhana was appointed the king of Anga Pradesh do he was known as Singaraja. So Karna wars for only Duryodhana. But Duryodhana always makes cheating on Pandavas in duet (modern Ludo).
In duet Pandavas lose Dropati. With Duryodhana, Karna is a key participant in insulting the Pandavas and Draupadi. He humiliates the Pandavas with his gift of speech and mocks Draupadi, then calls her a "whore" and asks Duhshasana to strip her off her clothes.
So Pandavas wants justice because of this, they started the Kurukshetra war. Karna joined the Duryodhana's side in the Kurukshetra war, and he was a key warrior who aimed to kill 3rd Pandava Arjuna but dies in a battle with him during the war.

Life and Legend
Life before birth -
According to the legend, a king of the Yadava dynasty named Shurasena had a beautiful young daughter named Pritha (later Kunti).
A rishi (Vedic scholar and seer) named Durvasa visited the king for a lengthy stay and was housed as his palace guest. Shurasena asked Pritha to ensure that Durvasa's stay was comfortable.
On leaving, having been delighted with his stay and her diligent services, Durvasa thanked her and gave her the Siddha mantra, telling her that if she ever wants, she can invoke any deity to give her a child.
Teenage Pritha became curious, wondered if the mantra would really work, and, as the sun rose one morning, she initiated the mantra through which she could invoke any divine God is to provide her a son. She called the sun god Surya. He came with a golden glow, dressed up in jewelry and breastplate, and provided her with her first son. It was Karna.
Friendship with Duryodhana -
After completion of bow and arrows training, he was meet Duryodhana. Duryodhana sees the power of Bow and Arrow and makes him Angaraja, and gives him the power to take place in the Magadha Pradesh piece.
Karna also accuses Bhisma and Drona as covetous materialists and dishonest in counseling Duryodhana with non-violent strategies.

Role in Kurukshetra War -
He was an immortal child, so he was making very powerful to Duryodhana's side. He had the immortal Weist( kavach kundal)
That was given by Surya (father) and took by Vishnu deva to make him mortal.
Indra, the father of Arjuna and a major Vedic deity, plans ways to make Karna mortal. Surya meets Karna and warns him of Indra's plan to appear disguised as a Brahmin to divest him of his earrings and breastplate, thereby immortality. Karna disregards this warning and says that if the king of gods Indra comes to beg before him, and if he charitably gives to Indra, it will bring him "renown and fame," then argues that "fame is more important to him than anything else." Indra appears as predicted, and Karna cuts his birthmarks of immortality with a knife and gives the blood-soaked donation to disguised as a Brahmin Indra.
Death -
The battle that day, each showing his martial skills of attack and his ability to neutralize all weapons that reach their chariot. Then, the wheel of Karna's chariot gets stuck in the ground. Karna steps out of his chariot and is distracted while trying to unstick it. Arjuna, whose own son was killed by the Kauravas a day ago while trying to unstick his chariot's wheel, takes this moment to launch the fatal attack. Karna dies.
