When the 2008 IPL auctions took place, I was returning from my injuries. I was pleased to learn that I was a member of the Chennai Super Kings. Knowing Mahi bhai was on the same team as other outstanding players gave me even more cause for joy. I was certain that this would make our team stronger. Since we each had our unique way of seeing Chennai, Mahi bhai and I became closer in CSK. I began to be referred to as "Chinna Thala" by residents of Chennai. I've known Priyanka for a very long time. Both of our families were acquainted before either of us was born.
