FAMILY

Pan Singh, MS Dhoni's father, is a key factor in his success. He made sure that all three of his children received high-quality education as a parent. However, he did not encourage his younger son to play for his school's cricket team during MS's early playing years. The World Cup-winning captain's father wished for his son to prioritize academics in order for him to succeed in the future.

After passing a TTE exam in 2001, Dhoni was hired as a traveling ticket examiner at the Kharagpur railway station. The occasion allowed Mr. Singh to celebrate his son's success and made him feel pleased. Dhoni left his job in 2004 to pursue his goal of playing cricket. Pan Singh could see his son's enthusiasm for the game.

Sakshi Dhoni gave birth to a girl on February 6, 2015, and she was given the name Ziva. Ziva's father MS Dhoni didn't take paternity leave when she was born since he was working for the Indian cricket team during the 2015 World Cup. Ziva also has an Instagram account, which her mother Sakshi Dhoni and father MS Dhoni also administer. She currently has 2 million followers on the social media platform.
