Adam is the first prophet of ALLAH. He was sent by ALLAH towards earth. Adam is the first man on earth. He is the father of all humans in the world. His wife HAWA is the mother of all mankind. Adam was 90 feet in height. He was the first man who cook food at the earth. According to Quran, he was sent on earth when he was broken the rules of heaven. The age of Adam is not confirmed, approximately his age was 930 years. Muslims believe that all the Muslim who will enter paradise will be of the same height as Adam. When Allah tells his angels that ALLAH is going to create mankind on earth. Angles asked that these peoples will be the reason of destruction, then why to create them. It is mentioned in the Quran, Allah has already planned about placing of human generation on earth and the first person and Allah prophet Adam (a.s).
“Then Adam received from his Lord Words. And his Lord pardoned him (accepted his repentance). Verily, He is the One Who forgives (accepts repentance), the Most Merciful”
''Verily, I am going to place mankind generations after generations on earth. They (the angels) said: ‘Will You place therein those who will make mischief therein and shed blood, while we (the angels) glorify You with praises and thanks and sanctify You?’ God said: I know that which you do not know.
After creating Adam, Allah said to the angels to bow down all obey the order except Iblis. Because he feels proud, for he is made of fire. For this he was rejected and expelled from heaven and this is also mentioned in Quran.
When Adam and HAWA living in Paradise, ALLAH ordered them to enjoy all the things but not eat the fruit of a specific tree. They were living happily in paradise, but Iblis (Satan) lurid them to eat the fruit of a specific tree. As Adam did not know how to ask forgiveness, Allah teaches them this prayer words and then forgives him as he is the most merciful.
They said: Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves. If You forgive us not, and bestow not upon us Your Mercy, we shall certainly be of the losers.
The number of children of Adam ambiguous. Some statements say HAWA has gone through 20 pregnancies, and some description says that the figure is 120. In each pregnancy, Eve bore twins, one boy, and a girl. But the name of three sons are known, Abel, Ci an and Seth. Seth was appointed as a descendant by Adam when he was about to die. It is famous that the first murder on earth is done by brother. He killed his brother out of zealousness.
The exact location of Adam grave is ambiguous. There in no statement regarding Adam grave in holy Quran. But according to some narrations the grave of Adam is in Siri Lanka. Some narrations say the grave of Adam is near Mecca or in India. Some statements also describe that Nooh buried the coffin of Adam in Istanbul.
