In South Carolina, prominent lawyer Alex Murdaugh has been found guilty of killing his wife and son. Alex Murdaugh had killed them to divert attention from his financial embezzlement of millions of dollars.

After hearing the case for six weeks, the court deliberated for less than three hours before finding 54-year-old Alex Murdaugh guilty of double homicide.
