Kona has developed a series of Polishing Slurry for various ceramic, such as Aluminum Nitride Ceramics and Alumina Ceramics , obtaining a smooth surface and increased removal rate.

 

CERAMIC POLISHING SLURRY FEATURES

 

Ceramics is a hard material, so it is challenging to obtain a smooth surface with traditional mechanical polishing techniques.

 

Kona series water-based alumina and silica slurry has been designed for polishing different ceramic components, such as Aluminum Nitride (AIN) Ceramic substrates, Alumina Ceramic Seal Ring, Copper-Covered Ceramic Substrate and so on.

 

Our alumina powders are also available for ceramic polishing, as well as alumina slurry.

 

We also have a Polishing Slurry based on silica colloidal provides a highly smooth surface for ceramic final polishing.
