Firstly, Tourists from green list countries will be the first who can enter in PH. In the same way, the guidelines may be announced at the end of this month. It is confirmed that it is no more studying. The government of PH is approved already the decision. They are just making the guidelines as of now.

It is good to say about travel cap. Travel cap will be increased from 4000 to 10000 every day (under proposal). It will help to welcome more people as the country is going to reopen their International border for foreigner tourist.
