Who can claim superior man or woman?

We often have discussions among the our daily gathering that man are superior or woman enjoys better rights, woman would claim that they are most inferior part of society where they enjoy less rights, these kinds of issues all the time remains unsolved and endless discussions remains on fire.  But if we sensible have a look of both sides,  we will find that nobody is more or less than from the other side.  Both enjoy equal rights maybe different,  both have to responsible for certain duties, aspaspects of are different. If  we look at male part, he is responsible for the       providing of finance,  for this he attain capability to have strong financial career.  He worked hard in his studies or get sufficient skills which would be necessary for his secure financial future.  After that he joins his practical life,  he struggle so hard, he face human insulting behaviour, which hurts his self-respect and integrity,  he may have to suffer physically hardest circumstances,more of all that competition of survival which is growing harder and harder with every second. Outside the door of house there is huge world, world full of people who are ready to hollow others just to make their own way clear  leg polling  , creating hardest environment for others is so common that man is fighting for survival at many battle fields at a time. He is working for finances Outside the house and at the same time responsible for his family in the house where he has to take care of every member emotionally and physically,  if he is not good in doing so his efforts done outside house from day to night would go in waist.  Similarly if we look into the woman part, she is responsible for upbringing of her children,  responsible for all household duties  .she is responsible to look after the every member of house in their own capacity.  She responsible for the education of children,  to guide them what is wrong and right,  set their approach towards everything in right way.  Her duties are just limited to the world of her house where she is not answerable to a huge crowd of people who would ask her about her duties.  But her duty is so significant and sensitive,  because if she doesn't obey it with complete devotion it would have great negative consequences not only for the family but for the society at large.  Her lack of devotion would provide such society members which would not only useless for it but also harmful for it. Woman responsible for future,  her duties are not toughest physically but hardest emotional.But questions is still there   who is more responsible,  who is more effectively participating in society,  answer is so obvious that both are important,  both are standing at same place where both need each other   no one can survive without each other,  no can replace each other, nobody can claim that he or she is self sufficient. Both can help in each other responsibilities in certain limits but overall.  This world is created on bases of mam and women participation,  both are part and parsal but have parallel identity.
