Indian Railways: Big news! These 13 trains will be cancelled, diverted and short terminated on these dates, see full list. New Delhi. Limited height sub-ways are being constructed on many railway sections by the North Eastern Railway zone of Indian Railways. Due to these construction works, the movement of trains will be especially on railway sections of Varanasi division. During this, blocks are being taken by the Railways for different dates. Due to this, apart from Uttar Pradesh, trains of New Delhi, Bihar, Maharashtra will be affected. Pankaj Kumar Singh, Spokesperson of North Eastern Railway said that due to this block, these 13 trains will have cancellation, diversion, control, short termination and short origination :-
Cancellation
– 05169/05170 unreserved special trains running on 09 January will remain cancelled.
– 01747/01748 unreserved special trains running on 09 January will remain cancelled.
Route of these trains will be diverted
– 12562 Express running from New Delhi on 08 January will be diverted via the converted
– 15018 Express running on 09 January will be diverted via the converted
– 05135 unreserved special running on 07 February will be diverted route
– 11061 Express running on 06 February will be diverted via the converted route
– 05136 unreserved special running from 07 February will be diverted via the converted route
Control
-15008 City Express will run division on January 09 by controlling 45 minutes.
-22428 Express will run division on January 09 by controlling 60 minutes.
Short termination
05147 City unreserved special running on 09 January will have short terminate
05148 unreserved special will run from City on 09 January.
Railways to levy fee for boarding, alighting at redeveloped stations; suburban passengers exempted
Long-distance travel is likely to cost more for passengers boarding as the Railways is planning to levy a station development fee ranging from Rs 10 to Rs 50 depending on the class of travel.
Officials said the fee is likely to be added to the tickets during booking. The fee will be levied only after such stations become operational.
The user fee would be in three categories. Rs 50 for all AC classes, Rs 25 for sleeper class and Rs 10 for the unreserved class. No station development fee will be charged for suburban train journeys, according to a circular issued by the Railway Board.
It stated that platform tickets at these stations will also be costlier by Rs 10.
Various stations are being on Indian Railways to provide modern amenities. Station of West Central Railway and Gandhinagar Capital station of Western Railway have been developed and commissioned. Into railway accidents are conducted by the Commissioner of Railway which comes under the Ministry of Aviation to make it impartial. The Railway Board also said that short courses are being Director General of the National Academy of Indian Railways (NAIR). These instructions on upgrading the accident process will become effective from February 1, the order stated. It also said that the introduction of these techniques may require training of officers and which has to be the railway zones at their end.
