When you think of yoga, you are probably first thinking about situations that emphasize self-awareness and flexibility. You can, however, link the stand to a series called yoga vinyls. In these exercises, the posture is performed in a flow sequence that adds to your overall yoga experience. While your yoga teacher is trained to do the vinyls for you, there is a certain sequence that you can do on your own once you know what conditions are involved. The two most popular in the West are Sun Salutation and Hero II.
Greeting the Sunlight.
One of the most popular series is known as the Sun Salutation. One flow of 12 different yoga postures. Each one, you have to inhale the air to match the stretching and exhalation as you reach or wrap your body. This particular vinyls are designed to build your strength and increase your overall flexibility. Like most vinyls, you can find variations on this depending on the style of yoga you are using, but there are a few basic conditions and a well-balanced flow between the variations.
With the Sun Greet, you cross the river twice to complete one round. Do it one time on the right side of the body and the other on your left. If time is running out, try to do at least one. Even that one part of the sequence will help you feel refreshed.
The sun altar begins with the mountain. From there you raise your hands, head to knees, hips, plank, and stick. As you walk along, you step into a dog that is facing up, down, and down. Finally, the sequence concludes with the head going to the knees, the hands raising, and the mountain again. As you can see, Sun Salutation is as natural in nature as there are many sequences of yoga.
Hero II
Another popular yogi's series in the West is called Triangle, or Warrior II. These particular vinyls emphasize your breathing. While it is generally recommended that you try this walk between places where you are breathing, you can try different ends to see what is best for you and how each one affects you. In fact, this ability to explore freely is what made this a popular vase.
The Hero II sequence works in four modes. You will use Mountain, Triangle, Warrior II and the still Yoga Sudra. Going that way, you will flow in sequence with time and your breath. This sequence will tend to release stress and help with your flexibility. Be sure, as with all yoga, to pay attention to your breathing patterns while focusing on yourself.
Once you start learning a lot of yoga poses, you can start experimenting with vinyls alone or with a teacher. They allow you to not only work within situations, but also maintain physical and mental flow while doing your daily yoga. Additionally, you can find other yoga sequences that suit your level of skill, need, and style of yoga. All in all, vinyls is part of yoga that can help you see and feel results quickly and continuously.
