We Must Love
Do you know the saying, "It's better to love or lose than to never love"? We often know to wave to clichés, but perhaps that is a very profound truth that can only be argued in aphorisms. Yes, we must love, even if it breaks our hearts-because if we don't love, our lives will be gone.
Love is not enough.
We must love, but love is not enough to survive. We must show others what we care about and act to show that we love them. Yes, love is a verb.
Happiness is not for sale.
You can't buy happiness, but you're looking for eBay aisles, shelves, and sides, looking for something to fill the gap. But such things do not make us happy-at least in the long run. Material things will calm us at best temporarily. In the worst case, they ruin our lives: they leave us empty, they leave us depressed, and they make us even more lonely in the midst of a sea of small things. Alone inside. The truth is that we all die, and stacking treasures in our graves does not save us from that fate.
Changes are required.
The decision is not a real decision until it is essential, it feels it at the nerve endings, and it is forced to act.
When your duty becomes a duty, you are ready for change.
Meaning of life.
Giving is life. The best way to live a fulfilling life is simple. To continuously grow as individuals and make meaningful contributions to others. Growth and Contribution: This is the meaning of life.
Health is underestimated.
Our happiness is more important than most of us deal with it. If you're not healthy, there's nothing wrong with it.
Your job is not your mission.
There is no problem with hard work as long as it does not interfere with more important areas of life such as health, relationships and passion.
Finding your passion is important.
Passion does not exist. In other words, if you find something that suits your principles and desires, you can develop your passion.
Relationships are important.
Friendship, romance, and all other relationships are a series of give-and-takes. Every relationship has a box. For the relationship to work, both people need to contribute to that box and get something from it.
When you give but do not receive, you feel accustomed, utilized, utilized. Anyone who just takes and does not give is a parasite, a parasite, a person who eats soil.
You don't have to be liked by everyone.
We all want to be loved-it's a mammalian instinct-but not all relationships can be evaluated equally. Therefore, no one can expect to love you equally. Life doesn't work that way.
Status is a misnomer.
Like "success", our culture attaches great importance to material wealth as a sign of true wealth, but I find that many of the people who appear to be "status" are not doing well. I know They don't seem to be rich to me. The true value of a person is not determined by their wealth.
Jealousy is a useless emotion.
Competition creates jealousy, but often gives more beautiful names such as "competitiveness," "ambition," and "ambition." But jealousy is ugly. It's not a way of expressing what we care about. It's just a channel for us to project anxiety.
I am not the center of the universe.
It is difficult to see the world from a perspective other than yourself. We are always worried about what is happening in our lives. How is my schedule today? What if I lose my job during my next layoff? Why can't I quit smoking? Why am I overweight? Why am I not happy with my life? We know everything that goes into our lives, but we are just one ingredient in a much larger recipe.
Consciousness is the most valuable freedom.
Minimalism is a tool to support a conscious life and get rid of the excess. It's a tool to overload a seemingly complex and complex world with endless decorations to make it simpler, simpler and more realistic. Staying conscious, vigilant, and staying conscious is unimaginably difficult. It's difficult to avoid falling into a trance-like state surrounded by the traps and obstacles of the tired world around us, but it's important to do so. Because this is true freedom.
I'm scared for no reason.
Ask yourself, "What am I afraid of?" We are often afraid that it will not actually affect our lives (or we will be unnecessarily worried because we are out of our control).
Change is growth.
We all want different results, but most people don't want change in their lives. Change is uncertainty, uncertainty is anxiety, and anxiety is not fun. But if you learn to enjoy the process of change, you can get all the rewards for change if you choose to treat uncertainty as change. That's how we grow.
The future will not the same as fast.
My words are my words and cannot be recovered. The past cannot be changed, so it is important to cherish the present. If the past is the future, your windshield will be of no use to you: you will simply drive while looking in the rearview mirror
But driving this way-just looking back-is a surefire accident.
Pain helps, but it doesn't suffer.
Pain tells us something is wrong. It shows that we need to change what we are doing. But suffering is a choice, and we can choose to stop suffering, learn lessons from pain, and continue our lives.
Suspected murder.
You are the one who prevents you from doing everything you want to do, being completely free, being healthy, happy and passionate.
Honesty is important.
At the simplest level, honesty means telling the truth-don't lie. Honesty is very important, otherwise it hurts
