One click on the phone is all it takes to get everything from a variety of local delicacies to recipes. By 2021, more and more people were searching on Google for healthy foods. Going through the days of the Kovid-19 epidemic has led many to make better choices when it comes to healthy foods. There were also some interesting Google searches for different types of food. Offbeat viral ingredients such as feta pasta have made it to the top food list lists in Google's Year in Search report. These lists are based on Google's most searched food terms this year compared to the previous year.

Last year, the most searched food list on Google by 2020 included recipes like Dalgona Coffee and Banana Bread. But this year some of these simple and fun recipes have surpassed them and stood out. Globally, birya tacos are the most searched food on Google by 2021. Birria Tacos is a Mexican style dish. It is prepared with finely chopped mutton. Indonesian fried rice Nasi Goreng is second on the list. Feta Pasta is the third most easily prepared pasta.

The top ten dishes include baked oatmeal, potato soup and oatmeal recipes. Interestingly, all three Japanese dishes are included in the top 10 recipes that are trending globally. Shogaki, Teriyaki, Amberjack and Tonjiru. Here are the top 10 most searched foods on Google last year:

The Most Searched Trending Foods In India By 2021

Despite the corona expansion and the Lockadon days, many people did not hesitate to experiment with innovations. By 2021, the most searched resources on Google in India will be very different. This year too, Indians have not lagged behind in trying fresh foreign dishes. Last year, Google's trending search for local Indian cuisine as well as local Indian cuisine. Enoch mushroom was the most searched food in India by Google in 2021. Modak is next on the list. Next to it will be Methi Malai Matar. Other trending recipes include chicken soup, cookies, and cheese.

1) Enochi Mushroom - This mushroom was widely used in Japanese cuisine. This is a white mushroom. According to Google, the recipes using this are very popular among Indians.

2) Modak - A popular dessert made in connection with the Ganesha Chaturthi festival, Modak was the most sought after in 2021. This is one of the sweetest dishes that can be easily prepared in a short time.

3)  Matter - This creamy dish is made with a lot of winter greens and brings health and taste together. Therefore, it is the third most sought after food in India.

4) Eggplant - Eggplant is another winter dish that has been popular since ancient times. It is also a healthy source of vitamins and minerals for vegetarians.

5) Chicken Soup - Chicken soup rich in protein is a recipe that instantly satisfies and nourishes the body.
