Good daily habits can make such a big difference in your overall health and in your life. In this post, I am going to share daily habits that have changed the lives of different people in different ways. Stay tuned if you are interested.
Welcome back to a happy life. My name is Philemon Hembram. For today’s post, we are going to talk about daily habits that have made a really big difference in my life in different areas like physical health, mental health, and brain health.

Before we dive, I wanted to say a few things so that you know the context. The first thing is that these daily habits are the result of gradual habit formation over the last five years - this is not something that will happen overnight. Habits are hard to form and it takes time.
The second thing - although these habits are everyday habits, especially do not stress yourself to do them every day when things are too busy or things are too overwhelming. Sometimes things slide a little, and that's okay. When you are changing your lifestyle, it is not about perfection, it is about doing what you can. Typically, you should try to do these habits at least three to five times a week when you are really stressed because they help you stay on track, and they help reduce stress. Anyway, let's get in the habit with enough roles.
The first daily habit is to drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up. You wake up early - you brush your teeth, you go to the bathroom, and then you have a
Drink water with a glass of water. You will notice that it makes a big difference in energy levels in the morning. We don’t drink any water when we are asleep and when we wake up we can be mildly dehydrated and when we are dehydrated our fatigue levels increase. There is some science behind this - one good thing is to start your morning with adequate hydration. You will drink one glass of filtered water. If you think you can add some lemon to it, do it, and it is usually at room temperature, but if you like hot water, it can work too. It's really about personal preference, but drinking some water in the morning is a great thing for your energy level. Number two, meditate for 10 minutes every day. You may be very skeptical about meditation when you first start. You will really believe in it. Gradually you will be forced to think that there is science behind it, but in fact, there is quite a bit of science. It can do things like reducing anxiety, it can help you improve your immune function, it can help reduce pain. It can solve many problems. The biggest change is mental clarity. The sooner you can achieve this, the better for you. I naturally know that you are not a calm person, you can show yourself calm on social media, but you are not normally a calm person. Meditation - There is a meditation of the year
It will take you to a level you can't even imagine. And I really think there are many benefits to trying it. Now, if you are a beginner, meditation may seem very difficult, and I have two tips. So the first thing is to try to be very open about meditation in the beginning. The first 10 to 15 sessions may seem too difficult for you. You never know what you're doing. But you will be overwhelmed, and you may feel that you are doing it wrong. Do this until the 15th or 16th session, then you will realize the benefits yourself, so give it time. The second thing is if you start, try Guided Meditation vs. Meditation where you are doing it yourself. Guided meditation can really help you stay on track and really guide you through the process. Number three, you go for a quick walk outside every day. Now you might say, "I live in Canada, so a quick walk outside every day won't happen all year long!" It doesn't happen in winter, but for the rest of the year, you try to go out because I think it is a mood enhancer to get some fresh air; to get some sunlight, and to stay out in the green, and there are studies which show that green touch is good for you. Now for you, brisk walking is not just a mood booster - it's also a way for you to exercise. You may not be a gym person, you may have never been to a gym. Exercising should be something that is part of your lifestyle, and you should choose to walk because it can be part of your exercise. The World Health Organization recommends that we get about 150 minutes of moderate cardiovascular activity per week, or 75 minutes of cardiovascular activity if we can count a walk and walk every day.
If you can do these three habits, you will be able to make your life happy, and completely happy and prosperous by turning the following things into daily habits.
Reading books,
40 minutes of light sleep or power nap at noon.
Give yourself time, or think of sitting alone for some time.
Watch the motivation video. Which will keep you motivated all time.
Sharing time, giving time to family.
Avoid junk food, spicy foods, and fried foods.
These may seem very simple to you. But these will enrich your life.
