Dead by Daylight also celebrates the month with Haunted by Daylight and going free to play for a limited time
PUBG developer Krafton has partnered with Behaviour Interactive for a Dead by Daylight collaboration, which would include frightening cosmetics and an exclusive event for the month of October. The collab will bring Dead by Daylight to both PUBG: Battlegrounds and New State Mobile for Halloween.
PUBG: Battlegrounds x Dead by Daylight
Dress For The Hunt: From Oct. 19-Dec. 7 on PC and Oct. 20-Dec. 8 on consoles, the Dead by Daylight collaboration will offer PUBG: Battlegrounds players the chance to acquire themed cosmetic rewards, including:
Costumes (x4 sets)
Masks (x4)
Backpack Skins (x3)
Pan Skin
Nameplate
For a limited time during the Dead by Daylight collaboration, players will have the opportunity to experience a Dead by Daylight hide and seek in-game web event. Four players can participate in the web event by accessing it through the in-game lobby banner. When you enter the event, you will find yourself as the Killer or one of the Survivors. Throwing items to distract the Killer is one of the staple elements from Dead by Daylight that the three survivors will have to use to avoid the Killer. Survivors need to fix Generators around the map to power up the Exit Gates and escape. Players can receive rewards for completing the missions below from Oct. 21~ Nov. 7.:
You can redeem the Lone Survivor Outfit Code in Dead by Daylight if you play the mode once. Play the mode five times, and you will get a spray item. Get 10 kills as a Killer and receive The Nurse mask item.
New State Mobile x Dead by Daylight
Players can get exclusive Dead by Daylight cosmetic items during the collaboration. From Oct. 20 to Nov. 23, players will be able to get items and crates from the event. There will be more information about Dead by Daylight in New State Mobile.
Dead by Daylight’s Haunted by Daylight Events
Dead by Daylight will also celebrate Halloween via the festive Haunted by Daylight celebrations, which will kick off on October 11 and commence on November 3.
The in-game event, which will become accessible from October 13 to November 3, will allow players to unlock cosmetics, check out the Fog’s unsettling atmosphere, and take part in challenges. Other changes would include spooky decorations in the game’s lobby and loading screens. A new gameplay mode will also be introduced, requiring players to gather and steal “Void Energy”. Daily login rewards will also be made available during the event.
Dead by Daylight will also go free from October 27 to November 1.
Dead by Daylight's newest tome: Malevolence
The thirteenth tome called Malevolence will become available on October 12. It would feature memories for Killer Ghost Face and Survivor Mikaela Reid.
“The Fog turns into a twisted playground for Horror fan favourite Ghost Face, and we're happy to include him in our Halloween festivities, says Dave Richard, creative director for Dead by Daylight. “Ghost Face is a particularly terrifying enemy – being able to stalk his prey – and dedicated to striking Survivors down before they know what hits them and to have him as part of the Rift is a treat!”
Charms, outfits, and exclusive mask variations for Ghost Face will also be made available during the Rift.
