I would go back to that list whenever I was irritated or upset with them. Even though it seems stupid, it actually was helpful.

I get up early. It's not so much that I'm a morning person, per se, but I find that if I want to do everything I set out to do on any given day, waking up early gives me time to get started. It gets me starting before I have to deal with family obligations and establishes the tone and basis for a great day.
Set your alarm for the same time each day. even on the weekends. Want to develop the habit of rising earlier? You will quickly start rising earlier if you choose the optimal time and work backwards by ten minutes each week. Set a regular time for bed each night, and if you feel like you need more sleep, go to bed earlier.
8.Prepare for Success the Night Before
As with rising early, planning before bed helps us get a head start on tomorrow. Make it a routine to lay out your clothes for the next day, even if you are confined to your home. In order to introduce a shift into the day, make sure to change into them. Anything you'll need for breakfast, lunch, and dinner should be prepared the night before and set out. In the hustle of the morning and the day, what takes 10 or 15 minutes before bed can take 20 or 30.
In a normal situation, you would also make sure that everything was set up for tomorrow's success, including the keys being on the counter and backpacks being ready to depart. If you develop the practice of anticipating problems and preparing for them,
9.Get Moving
People who are successful, content, and productive regularly engage in some form of healthful movement each day. This need not include a 5-mile run (unless you enjoy that, of course). Even a 10-minute workout, a 20-minute lap around the block, using the stairs more frequently, or parking your car a little further away from the grocery store when you need to run to the shop for any supplies might have a surprising positive impact.
There are various applications and gadgets to aid if you struggle to make moving a habit. Try out a fitness tracker like the 007 Fitness Tracker or the Fitbit. Many fitness trackers allow you to change the vibration frequency to once an hour or less as a reminder.
10.Rest
While prioritizing your family is crucial, it doesn't follow that you should fully ignore your own needs. Genuinely contented and prosperous people are aware of their needs for self-care and downtime.
This need not always entail a day at the spa or a shopping extravaganza. Find small rewards or delights to offer yourself throughout the day. Savor a cup of coffee; smell it; sip it carefully; feel the warmth between your hands; and feel the steam on your face. Really consider it a gift. Spend some time meditating and paying attention to it.
Spend 10 minutes connecting with a friend, focusing on having a genuine conversation without interruptions. Go for a walk or engage in workouts you enjoy.
