As an Uber driver, you can drive occasional taxi gigs in the cities when it’s convenient for you. Through Facebook or Kyydit.net, you can find a fuel splitter for longer trips.

6. Act as a food messenger

In urban areas, you can make money by delivering food delivered home by car or bike. Wolt and Foodora are almost constantly looking for new food dispatchers.

7. Collect berries and mushrooms

If the condition allows, you can collect mushrooms, tats, blueberries, and strikes in the same woods. The catch is allowed to be cleaned, but any other handling (such as freezing or pounding) means the income becomes taxable. The sale of garden berries is also taxable.

8. Hiero

If you know or are interested in studying massage, you can get up to 50 € / hour by massaging sore muscles in the evenings and on weekends.

All of the above tips, except for the sale of your own property (if the profit from the sale of household furniture is less than € 5,000) and the collection of wild berries and mushrooms, generate taxable income.

In the past, the attractiveness of raising additional income was reduced by a high rate of side income tax (for example, 40%).

The solution to this was to apply for a freelancer tax card.

As of the beginning of 2019, side income or freelancer tax cards will no longer be used, but there will be one tax card for all payroll income that can be copied to multiple employers or income payers.
