Why IT - Sector is Superior in thee days ?..

The Gross Domestic  product of a  nation has a  close  relationship with  the total  number of  working  people in that  nation. In a  every  nation, as  population increases,  it is  necessary for  provides the largest opportunities for  those who are  looking for  work or employment. If  people get jobs to earn, how do they get  food and  other  fulfill requirements in their life.

In our  nation the Agricultural  sector  continues to be   employer even now. Why  didn't employment shift out of Agriculture  sector ?. It is  because  not  enough jobs  were created  in the  industry and  service sectors and Government.

More than  half of the  workers  in the  country have been working  in the agricultural  sector for past few decades,  providing  only one  sixth of the GDP. In  contract to this , the  industry and Service sectors produce three - fourth of the GDP  where as they  employ  only  half the proportions of  workers.

All  service  sector  activities  are not  growing  equally well. Service  sector in India employs many  different  types of  people in their sector. At one end, there are a  limited  number of  services that  employ highly  skilled and  educated  workers. At  the other end, there are a  numerous  number of  workers engaged in  services as small shopkeepers, Kirana merchants, repair persons,  transport persons, etc. These  people  barely  manage to earn a  living and  yet they  perform  these  services  because no  alternative  opportunities for  work or  available to them. Hence,  only  a part of  the sector is  growing in importance. The unorganised  sector is  characterized  by small and a scattered  units  which have remained  largely  outside the  control of the Government. There are  rules and  regulations  but  these  are not  followed or enforced. Jobs  here are very low paid and  not regular. There  is no provision for over time, paid  leave, holidays,  leave  due to  sickness etc., Employment  is not  secure  people  can be  asked  to leave  without any reason. When  there is a  some  work  during  some seasons. Some  people  may be  asked  to leave. A lot  also  depend on the whims of the  employer or  changes  in the  market situation.

The Organized  sector  offers jobs  that are  most sought - after. But the employment  opportunities  in the Organized  sector  have been  expanding very slowly now - a - days.

As a result, a  large  number of  workers are  forced  to enter the unorganised  sector jobs, which pay  a very low salary. When  workers lose their jobs  in the Organized  sector,  they are  depending upon the jobs  in the unorganised  sector with low earnings.

A  large  number of  people  should have  found a  decent employment in  industry and Services for this has  not taken place. Production in  industry and Services has  increased  without a  similar  increase in employment.  Most  people are  in the unorganised  sector ,  barely  able to  find  work. The  increase in  production is  benefitting  only  about 8% of  workers. Gradually the employment in private sectors particularly in Information technology ( IT ) field has been growing very fast depending upon the orders came from other nations. Even though IT - Professional are earning huge amounts according to their cadre. At present the IT boom is exposing very quickly and efficiently. The Students are also interest to study Engineering and Science courses to fulfil their Goals as well as their needs. There are tremendous opportunities in the IT _ Sector in and aound the Globe. This is IT Era Golden period for Science and Engineering students who ar willing to do jobs in IT - Sector.
