Do you go through life feeling that you have the same experience every day? Like some recurring pattern that goes on and on? For some people, there is nothing new to do under the sun, and there is nowhere to go. It's all just boring, boring, boring. They work hard to earn enough money to play, and yet their playing time passes very quickly. Suffer for five days, and enjoy two days. Sometimes, in order to end a conflict, they seek happiness through drugs (alcohol, smoke), and even drugs. In these temporary pleasures, it sounds exciting when it happens, but when it is over, the same pattern of senselessness enters, and they are left thinking, "When can I find the next heights?" You will probably see this scene… Two old men sitting on a bus. As the bus passes through the area with red lights, one old man says to another, "Hey ... won't you see the chickens (whore) today?" One man raises a… spark in his wrinkled eyes, "Yes, yes, I'm leaving this afternoon!" The old man smiles, and says, "You didn't even come with your medicine, HOW CAN YOU?" For some people, their passion is so strong that they borrow money from family and friends, just to visit a mall. You will see this pattern for addicts. Drug addicts, addicts, alcohol addicts. They always want the greatest happiness and the next high, and that is what puts their life in jeopardy. They waste their time, energy, and money, instead of using it to build success. For life to be enjoyable, everyone needs that natural feeling of drive, anticipation, and excitement. When a person does not know how to get it naturally, he may resort to evil deeds to awaken that feeling of full life, striving to bring some purpose to life. But you see, happiness is within you ... If you can not satisfy your needs, then another way to happiness is to free yourself. Let go of what you have to have. Shakyamuni Buddha said, "All desires lead to suffering ..." Suffering because you desire what you do not have. And let me ask you this: Is this desire for you? Or something imposed on you by an outside world? Probably the fault of the outside world because some people continue to flaunt their luxury and extravagant things. But really, we create this longing within ourselves. It is up to us to control it, or to release it completely. Lord Richard Layard, a professor at London School of Economics, a leading happiness researcher, states: “Happiness is a state of well-being. One way is to get what you want. Also, you like what you get. ” Many of our desires are wrong. We think that finding them will bring us happiness, but that is a deception. These wrong desires are only temporary. You do not have to satisfy your cravings to be happy; you only need to free yourself. Do you need the attention of the opposite gender? No, as you grow older, your body parts will weaken, and people of the opposite gender will ignore you. Do you have to sleep to be happy? No, as you grow older, your hormones will decrease, and so will your desire for marriage. Do you have to wait until you have a million dollars? No. Historical and global studies show that over US $ 15,000 a year, higher incomes are no guarantee of added happiness. People who feel happy every day, without turning to evil, have the same attitude. They have a dream, and they know what they want to achieve in life. This sense of purpose drives them; gives an explanation of their existence. They have received the calling of their souls, and are living life to the fullest by following it. This is different from those who are ‘party animals’, who “live a full life” by immersing themselves in music that covers their ears, and shivering until the sun rises… That does not live, that dies. If you want to find real meaning and happiness in life, you must discover the purpose of your life. Because each of us has a unique destiny. A specially designed way to go on this journey in life. Follow it, and you will arrive at paradise. Ignore it, and you continue to wander… wasting time, and life itself. 1. You need to know what it is made of. Your skills, strengths, and abilities. 2. Make up your mind, and imagine the dream in your mind. 3. Make a plan that sets out your goals and decides what steps you should take to achieve them. 4. Tell your closest friends about it, and commit to taking five planned steps every day to build your dream. When you see that your actions create results, it will be a natural source of excitement and inspiration. Instead of wasting time, energy, and money on bad things, invest in creating increasing success. By releasing your craving for short-term entertainment, you kick out your bad habit out of the door. By choosing to live your purpose and respond to the calling of your soul, you break free from the chains of monotony, and find truth, meaning, and happiness in life.
