What are meditations? The force that gives us the power to resist all (our slavery to nature).
Nature can tell us, Look, there is a beautiful thing out there.' I do not look. Now she says this smell is lovely, smell it. I say with my nose, don't smell it, and the nose doesn't smell. Don't look eyes! Nature commits heinous acts, and says, 'Now, scoundrels, sit down and cry! Fall into the pit! I say, I don't want to cry, I don't want to fall. 'I jump. I must be free. Try it sometime, in meditation for a moment, you can change this nature. Now, if this power comes in you, will it not be heaven or salvation? This is the power of meditation. How to get it? Each nature has its own path in dozens of different ways. But the general principle is to hold on to the mind. The mind is like a lake, and every stone that falls in it raises waves.
These waves do not let us see what we are. The image of the full moon falls in the water of the lake, but its surface is so shaken that we cannot see that image clearly. Let it calm down. Don't let nature make waves. Keep calm, and then after some time she will leave you. Then we will know what we are. God is already there, but the mind is very fickle, always running after the senses. You stop the senses and still get confused again and again. Right now, at this very moment, I think I am fine And I will meditate on God, but within a minute my mind reaches America. If I pull him from there, he goes to some other place, and starts thinking about the activities I have done there in the past. These waves have to be stopped by the power of meditation.
Door of bliss
Through the door of Meditation. We reach that supreme bliss. Prayers, rituals and other forms of worship are mere sanctuaries of meditation. You pray, you offer something. There was a theory that all things increase the spiritual power of man. The use of rituals like moving some special words, flowers, idols, temples, lights brings the mind in that attitude, but that attitude is always in the soul of man, not anywhere outside. People are doing this, but what they are doing unknown, you do it deliberately.
That is the power of meditation. We have to train ourselves gradually. This question is of one day, or of years, and maybe not of births. Do not worry ! Must keep practicing! Willingly, consciously, the practice must be continued! We will begin to experience, acquire those real wealth, which no one can take away from us, the wealth which no one can take away; cannot destroy; The joy that no sorrow can touch.
Method of cultivation
During these two periods, Brahma Muhurta and Twilight, nature assumes a relatively calm state. These two times are favorable for stability of mind. During this, the body remains very calm. Nature will help us a lot by doing meditation at this time, so it is necessary to do meditation in these two times. It would be better if those of you who have the facility can keep a free room for the means. Don't use it for gold. Do not enter this room without taking a bath and purifying the body and mind. Always keep flowers and pictures that give joy to the heart in this room.
Burn incense and sandalwood powder etc. there in the morning and evening. Anger, discord and unholy thoughts should not be allowed in that room. By doing this, the room will soon be filled with Sattvaguna. Even when there is some kind of sorrow or doubt or the mind is restless, then at that time the mind will become calm as soon as you enter that room. Sit with your body straight. Shed a source of holy contemplation in the world. Say in your heart - May everyone be happy in the world, get peace, get happiness. In this way, let the stream of holy contemplation flow everywhere. The more you do this, the better you will feel.
