When You Are Down And Out How Do You Get Up And Go Forward

Hello today we will tell you when you have fallen in your life then how did you get back. Friends, such moments always come in everyone's life, so today we will tell you on such a topic.

Guys have you been prospecting for months on end, only to end up with someone? Or are you trying to sell a product or service that isn't selling? Or are you a little depressed about your current employment? There are many reasons to be disappointed and disheartened about your situation. When you're down, do you know how to get back up and move in the right direction? While learning some of the techniques in developing your own personal development, I believe there are four good principles you can use to steer you back in the right direction.

Friends, I am going to tell you these four principles from two parts of the Bible, Psalm 42-43. En route, the psalmist is in a depression. He is searching the depths of his soul in search of God. He talks about getting himself out of depression. I am going to take these teachings and apply them to the feelings of quitting because nothing is happening to your home based mlm business opportunity, your online sales, your job etc. We all get down for some reason or the other. The trick is not to give up, but to rise up and move forward in the face of adversity.

The first principle to remember is to talk to yourself rather than talk to yourself. In chapter 42:5, the psalmist says, "Why are you discouraged, my soul? Why is there so much trouble inside me?" Have you tried everything you used to know and watch others succeed, but doing the same thing just isn't working for you? In the back of your mind you start telling yourself that you will never be successful. When those thoughts start popping into your mind, you need to stop, take a deep breath and say to yourself, "I'm going to succeed". think outside the box. Don't let your conscious get the best of you. If you have a mentor, talk to them. If you don't have a mentor, set up a small support group that will lift you up when you're down or vice versa. Remembering the past, remember this quote, "Success comes in boxes, not in failures"

The second principle is to stop focusing on the things of the past and start living in the present. In 42:4, the psalmist says, "These things I remember..." He also says in 42:6, "My Savior and my God. My spirit is sad within me; therefore I go to Hermon from the Jordan. I will remember you from the high mountains of the U.S. to Mount Mizar. Quit worrying about the things that didn't work for you, clearly saying, "What was done, was done." Don't beat yourself up for the things that didn't work for you. You can't change. Just think of ways not to make the same mistakes. Try something new! Again, think outside the box. A famous quote from Ben Sweetland says "Success is a journey, not a destination." And think about your journey to success.

The third principle is that although there are many reasons to fail, there are many more reasons to succeed. The psalmist says in chapter 42:5, "Place your hope in God, for I will praise him yet" This means not to be caught up in negativity. You can fail at one of your goals, get up, dust yourself off and try again. Always focus on the big picture. Imagine yourself being successful. One of my favorite quotes is from Dorothea Brande who says "To guarantee success, act as if it is impossible to fail".

And the last principle is that the affirmation of success should be repeated over and over, despite the failure. Within passages 42 and 43, the psalmist repeats the verse "My soul, why are you discouraged?" three times. Three times he asks himself why he feels down. The psalmist is affirming that he has blessings to be thankful for. Think positive. Have you ever heard the expression "desire" to have something done? You have to do just that. You have to visualize your success. You have to see yourself in a new house, new cars, money in the bank, running a successful business, etc. And you do this over and over again, imagining yourself to be successful, regardless of the failures. Willie Davis says, "The road to success is hard." To be successful, you have to constantly tell yourself that you are going to be successful.

Reading the excerpts, you see a man downcast and downtrodden. He is asking himself. But we see that he comes out of depression and talks to himself. We also see that he stops living in the past and worries about the present. Even though he has reasons to burden himself with failures, he insists on success. And last, and perhaps most important, he reaffirmed his faith several times. When you get down, you need to do the same thing. And one more important thing, you should only surround yourself with people who are positive and like-minded. You don't need any negativity in your life holding you down. "Will" yourself to success!
